Hi guys,

So, my neighbor's wife works as a customer attendant in one local casino some miles away from where we live, a day before yesterday (which was Monday) was her birthday, she didn't go to work that day because the casino management to rest and enjoy with her family, she went to work yesterday being Tuesday, she came back in the evening and was so happy, so, me and her husband trying to find out what was the reason for her happiness, she announced to us that the casino management gave her a $150 voucher, which she can either use to play games in the casino and possibly win more, or she can redeem it for real cash from the casino's cashier, she not wanting to risk losing the money proceeded to the casino's cashier and redeemed the voucher, and the money was sent straight to her bank account almost immediately.

We celebrated with her, because $150 is quite a nice sum of money when converted to our local currency.

This incident caused  me to begin to wonder is there are any online casinos that actually celebrate their user's birthday by giving them such bonus on their birthday?
I am interested to know if there be any casino like that?

         -    I think in online gambling, they will not do that for sure, and no one will do that. Because the gamblers are anonymous and are not currently on the actual gambling platform of the casino they are playing with.

The same story that you are telling here in this topic is obviously that the woman was actually gambling, so she was handed the voucher that she could exchange for their fiat, and that's what happened. But I have never seen anything like that happen in crypto gambling online. Why is there?

I was working on Evolution, it's not a casino but has a similar workspace and our management was very bad at organizing events, they weren't giving us day off during our birthday, nor any other gift. They only gave us a gift in winter and that was a cheap, customized 5$ headphones bought from Alibaba. Evolution is a very stingy company.
I have a friend who works as an IT engineer in an online crypto casino that I won't name and he is treated like a treasure, not only him but all of his colleagues are treated well. On his birthday, they gave him a $200 coupon for two person hotel with a pool. IT companies are the best place if you want to experience nice days and rewards. If you work a typical job like warehouse, delivery, bakery, cashier and etc, they will treat you like a robot.

Well, that just means she has a nice employer.

Online casino sites giving bonuses every birthday of a user? I don't think so. That will be a lot of money to spend. Besides, they are giving away monthly bonuses and weekly bonuses to the VIP ranks. So I guess, it's like every month will be our birthday. Mine was $20 per month, which means $240 per year, I think that's enough for giveaways so there's no need to give out birthday bonuses.
Also, another reason why they won't do that is because multi-accounting could happen which will cause chaos in their financials. It will bankrupt them easily if they will give such a reward.
Wagering amounts will also be considered, it will be difficult to filter out the birthdays of each user and then compute their wagered amount plus their deposit plus their ranks, so you can get a total of how much should be given to the user. That's a load of work if you ask me and it's still easier giving out the bonuses to every VIP user than doing this.
But if they do add this kind of feature, it will be a blast for all the gamblers whenever it's their birthday. On Stake.com, you will get a cake near your user ID. But it's not actually your birthday, more like your sign-up date.

I don't think that there will be online casinos that will give up $150 just because it's your birthday. Just think about it, there are thousands of gamblers in just one site alone and if there will be like everyday each of their gamblers will have a birthday and they will have to give away like even $50, then that is a bad business practice as they can be abused and it will add a lot more of paper work for them, i.e. verifying the birthdays as they will asked for KYC. And as others have said, the works in the local casinos so that's probably one of her perks for being a employer for them and maybe she has been with them for many years that why she had this privilege.

There are over 8 billion people in the world and there are 365 days in a year. For each of this 365days in a year, there are humans who have their birthdays every day. Casion is a business and casinos have to stay profitable. If a casino has a birthday bonus for customers, they are going to run out of business within a month. In fact that will be a stupid promotional and marketing strategy.

I like that the casinos recognize and celebrated the birthday of their employee in a special way. There will be increase in work satisfaction and motivation to work from their employees. They also watch it that it doesn't spur gambling addiction in their staff,

Casinos do give bonuses and vouchers, I have seen people talked about this before but I don't believe, I think its more reasonable if the person works in the company, and it also depends on the company's way of handling their staffs, you should not expect such from any company either casinos or not, because not all of them do this, some only owe you celebration messages and that's all.

Birthday bonuses from casinos sounds interesting but I've never for once wanted it, because how many of them are doing this? Meaning it's not very common and it's not even important, also it will depend on the users if this is possible, because someone who opened an account and never place bets a lot and expecting birthday bonuses makes no sense, it's just like those spammers who create multiple accounts on casinos to qualify for bonuses.

I have never been this happened in a casino, the only rumors I get are from workers who works in big companies in my country, they always surprise their workers and it's now a thing in the company, whenever their birthday is near it's like a kid waiting for Xmas, they are always excited.

Unfortunately, as a customer, I don't think it's a common procedure; it would be a nice gesture, though, as I've sometimes received discounts from companies for their services or products, but I personally don't recall ever receiving a casino bonus. However, I'm guessing it could also be abused, although they can impose limitations to be viable to receive the bonus (such as a confirmed or old account). So yeah, apart from Stake, another user mentioned that I've never heard of it nor had I ever expected casinos to be giving out bonuses like that; it doesn't sound viable for their business model.

I bet that's only for those casino workers or i say that's possible to any companies relation to their employees.

On the other hand, this kind of bonus say online casinos can be abused if not fully checked and verified such KYC verified first and usually this is exclusively for vip users and high roller users.

How often do you check your spam folder or check email that you have used for registration at the casino? Or check notifications that pop up in casinos? I guess not many of your or you pay little attention to it. As casinos already give a lot of bonuses and possibilities all the time. There are so many of them, that giving something on a BDay is to much Cheesy

Anyway, I have googled that question and it turns that Stake offer BDay bonus when requirements are met.

Stake.us birthday bonus rewards them with different prizes on their birthdays. As long as you have fulfilled the requirements of having your emails verified, have a history of a decent amount of funds activities, and have at least a level 2 KYC verified, you’ll be eligible for a birthday bonus from Stake.us.

There will be a birthday coupon waiting for you in your email inbox once those requirements have been met. Note that each player gets a personalized birthday bonus offer, meaning you won’t know how many SCs and GCs you’ll receive until you unveil the bonus.

The birthday bonus coupon is valid for 7 days only, so make sure you use it in due time.

Havent checked that info. As my BDay is 3 months (gifts are welcomed:D), and I havent passed KYC there. But in case someone have such kind of experience, please share.

For STAFFS- Yes or mayb
For players- No - or yes for some VIP or huge spender on which the site been caring about.

Most of the time casinos wont really be giving out some bday bonuses not unless if there would really be some various exemptions or would really be that depending into their
mood or whatsoever and this is why if you are a staff then dont expect something like those bonuses. It would really be just that depending into your boss.
Just be happy on whatever decisions that they would be making whether they would be giving out those kind of voucher or wont really be having nothing at all.
Things that are unexpected are really that mostly that interesting and could bring out that smile in our face.  Smiley

Man, you're talking about a relationship between company and employees, which is normal for the company to give reward to their employees for achievement or special day.

What I thought when I read the title is a gambler aka stranger and the casino, maybe there are few casinos give reward to a gambler, but it's either a loyal gambler or high roller. If you're just an Average Joe, I doubt they will give a special treatment for you since they serves to a lot people.

If you are looking for online casino giving a birthday bonus to a birthday celebrant clients then your campaign does that check this link https://www.esportsbets.com/bonus/stake-com-birthday-bonus/

Also this casino https://gamblecritic.net/bonuses/birthday-bonuses/ and this https://casinosanalyzer.com/deposit-bonuses/birthday-bonuses

I don't know if that casino is reputable but if you are curious to try maybe do it with extra precaution also I'm sure you know there's a lot of casino scam so we should not get tempted easily if the given bonus is to good to be true.

Anyways good to see this new topic rise since for sure there are also a lot of people curious to know about this information.

If he is an employee of a business place, in this case, a customer officer, it is normal for his workplace to surprise him on his birthday. I've seen this in many places of business but never in a casino. Some casinos may care about their employees and treat them well. It is a form of appreciation for its employees from the casino.

But if it is an online casino, we don't know because they don't tell us anything. Maybe if it were the casino's birthday, they would give their members many bonuses. And maybe it will be around for a few days afterward to interest more people.

But it also depends on the policies of each casino. Some casinos don't give anything to their employees and some give birthday wishes. And some casinos give bonuses or greetings to their members who celebrate birthdays. This all depends on each casino and will vary for each casino.

I think that only offline casinos might offer bonuses for their users. And the main reason for it is KYC. Who would in clear mind pass KYC on purpose, just to get an extra bonus once a year? Definitely casinos wont give birthday reward in money equivalent. They might give a free bet, or bonus on a deposit, but I am 1000% sure there will be wagering requirements. On the other hand, the amount of gamblers who visit or registered in a offline casino is greatly lower than online casinos. Plus there are those who have several accounts. Giving all of them money bonus would cost casino a lot.

Actually, most respectable companies give birthday gifts to their employees.

Also, if we're in the gambling section, even gambling sites usually give birthday bonuses to their customers - but not to all of them, usually only to the "valuable" players/VIP players = meaning those that are bringing a good profit for the betting site. Smiley
Any example which sites are this? whos giving birthday bonuses to their VIP's? though Indeed that its obvious that VIP's are directly connected to the management and yeah there might be agreement or special deals in this matter.

but OP is asking about sites that might be giving those benefits so lets share if we have idea which one.

But in my experience even in centralized Gambling sites that asks for KYC's yet there are no birthday giveaway that I receive for my years of playing.

It was actually some kind of Bonus or giveaways being a Employee and for me that is how their bosses treat them instead of CASH or FOOD or something they try to give them voucher to gamble though it might be convertible to cash or not but this is showing their generosity to the employee and since they are gambling business then they are giving away gambling bonus as well.

And this is far different from gambling sites in which most crypto gamblers even wanted to hide their personality and dont wanna send KYC so how can we expect them sending us birthday present , though we dont know if there are other sites that do this but never in my experience.

So, like I said before, she's a worker there and not a customer, but am wondering if there are some online casinos out there that actually give their customers same treatment, like atleast, a $50 bonus on the customers birthday, I would love to join a casino like that  Grin.
This has not happened to me before. I have received bonuses from gambling sites before that is worth up to $25 and I have received several bonus worth of $5 before. I am not talking about Livecasino that do give some of his campaign participants bonuses. But talking about gift card or let us say bonus during my birthday, no casino have given me that before.

It is good to know that gift card are given to workers and not customers. Or let me say the ones that I know. If a user of a gambling site are to be given something, likely it would be a bonus and there might be rules that will make it difficult to get money out of the bonus.

Your neighbours wife is not a casino user, she works in a local casino. Being a good employer they gave her a bonus which she cherished and used the amount for celebration. She did declined to use the voucher for gambling fearing that the money would be lost. Which again implies she knows the risk and understand the consequences, looks like she is not into gambling.

Coming back to your question, I have played in online casino and I haven't come across such bonus. What bonuses are given come with a catch and only new users get those bonuses. Existing users get rewards based on VIP plan which is quite normal for online casino. Next why would they provide bonus for birthday for their users? They are not here for charity, they are operating to make profit, even banks don't give anything for it's users birthday.

Dont you know that the casino you promote in your signature give such bonus? I have received it once long time ago when I had VIP host. The host asked me my birthdate and she gave me a bonus on my birthday. I receive no more birthday bonus since I lost my VIP host due to the update of their VIP system. Based on some stories from those who are still actively playing at Stake, the birthday bonus is still there and it is given to those who are at least level 2 verified users. I'm not sure about the amount but it seems to be fixed $25 for all users because some people said that they receive the same amount regardless their VIP level which was the same amount as what I received few years ago.
