There are so many coins or so called hidden gems where you can be profitable when you invest into them aside from bitcoin. Ethereum , stellar ,and credits is where i invested once bitcoin go into a bullish run these coins will give you big profit.
you are right. I think all altcoins have the same potential if you use them well. even now, I don't use bitcoin, but altcoin. it can benefit me better now than using bitcoin. maybe because the altcoin is more than 1 coin.

Yeah I admit that bitcoin is the top of cryptocurrency. but for which is more profitable, of course there are still many other crypto. You know there are a lot of altcoins that have much faster price movements than bitcoin and you certainly have seen the price of an altcoin can rise by thousands of percent in one night right? 
Don't forget that the price of bitcoin goes a long way to determine the prices of altcoins as well. Thus a steady downtrend in Bitcoin also implies a a terrible price for altcoins as well.
indeed, currently bitcoin is still the best crypto currency and has very good value among other crypto currencies and it can be said that bitcoin is a guideline of the price and value of altcoins too but in the future everything can change and the possibility can occur
When market is down crypto is still profitable.. Just buy amd sell..but dont buy high and sell low 😂.. I think for the beginners that the best idea😁

However, all are incidental, not permanent, meaning that today certain altcoins are priced well but at other times the price drops. Or vice versa.I see Dash (DASH) and Ethereum (ETH) have good potential for investment other than bitcoin, especially long-term because developments in the market are very good.
obviously the two types of altcoin that you mentioned have very good potential for the future, because both types of coins are able to be in the top ten in coinmarketcap and many investors believe in the growth of Ethereum and Dash. both for short and long-term trading, these two types of coins have very good potential in the future
The best way to determine how promising a coin is and does not depend on bitcoin is to see how it will behave in a falling market. When bitcoin goes down, many coins follow it, it's true. But there are those who go against the market. At this point, I've noticed that Binance coin does exactly that. That's why I'm watching him now.
I think comparing the kinds will not be a good approach by the investor because Bitcoin is in the topmost cryptocurrency ever but it need huge investment to make your profit more higher but the other altcoins are not as huge valuable but profitable so it depends upon how you can invest and how much you can invest will made you to decide which is the best investment.

I think that today it is very difficult to evaluate any projects that may be better than Bitcoin. At least the projections to which exist for this period, the growth of the price of a coin has not a single project, like forecasts, which Bitcoin has.

More profitable than Bitcoin, there is no, because the simple fact that Bitcoin has a life of its own, the altcoins depend on the movements of Bitcoin ... You can choose some altcoin with good returns, in the finalization stage of accumulation, which can be profitable while bitcoin is stabilized or in an uptrend, if bitcoin suffers a fall, the altcoin will also suffer.
Out of the top 100 ranked assets only a few managed to buck the trend and appreciate in satoshi's relative to Bitcoin since the bubble burst as lots of speculative capital exited the market over the past year but it's not entirely a disaster and has left a lot of good quality projects greatly undervalued in the current conditions

Yes this year is turning out quite to opposite for bitcoin as to last year but there is no doubt that bitcoin is an established coin and can pump up again

There are some that are also good for investing. even then it is below the bitcoin position if indeed you are interested in making the investment. it is indeed good enough to be able to divide our assets into many things
On my end, I've proven and tested it that there's no other coin that's more profitable to bitcoin. The past bull run (2017) there were comparison's that said there were other coins that's more profitable to bitcoin. But understanding the fact that it's all due to bitcoin's move why those coins gained that much, you can comprehend that bitcoin was the one who gave positive charts to those altcoins. If there will be an altcoin that's going to be profitable to bitcoin, it's just for short term.
