There is a big hype for all NFT & Gaming Tokens these days, I wonder how many person can actually say they own any art forms under, same for Game tokens.

I am sure there are way more buyers of the tokens than there are users!

Actually I used this strategy of buying tokens of different NFT-games, but then I gave up, as I think that if you don't do your own research and just rely on others, it will not be really profitable. I am not good at computer games, they are not very interesting for me, so I didn't follow them, I just repeated after some experience gamers, but eventually it came unprofitable for me.

Bitcoin is GOD
I'm not interested in buying any NFT. it's like buying something useless. the value of NFT is mostly based on speculation and it is very unprofitable. I prefer other types of investment. or NFT-based crypto games aren't that fun to play either, so I'm not interested in this either. so basically I don't really care about nft even though it's currently popular and a lot of people want to hold on to it.
Which is as it should be, like always the scammers took advantage of a market that exhibited early potential and they have wasted the potential to the point no one is actually serious about the long term prospects of the market and they just want to obtain some easy profits out of it.

And as long as this continues I do not think we are going to get serious investors interested about NFTs at all, and if the market crashes as hard as I think it could crash then it could take years before any kind of recovery comes to the market of NFTs, and that is the best case scenario.

Of course, because NFT are limited and pricey, people prefer to buy the actual tokens, assuming that they would be profitable soon after being deployed in various applications. After all, more usecases equals more demand, right? I own a lot of NFTs, and the most of them are the result of hard work since it's not easy to own one, and I'm sure it's not easy even if you have the money because there's whitelisting and such to own if there's still no marketplace to buy.

Absolutely right. NFT is a new thing in crypto space and its use case is being developed but it is becoming popular quickly as  people are using it for gaming and as well staking beside buying it for trading purpose. Its a great market for artists where they can sell their piece of art at good price. The major platforms for trading NFTs is opensea.io and Binance. And the thing that makes an NFT different than a regular picture or JPEG is that you can prove ownership of it.

I have flipped several nft on Solana and ethereum platform,  I think most people only buy and sell nft for profit.  However,  there are genuine lover of art in Cryptocurrency and nft is just a good avenue to continue their hobby and collect as much art that may caught their fancy.  I think nft is becoming mainstream and it will continue to liberalised and decentralized art to it's core!

I had been part of the Enjin signature campaign when it started on Bitcointalk. Over last 3 years, I bought and sold ENJ which of course, I should have just held..LOL..

Back then I had quite a few of their ERC-1155 NFTs. Several game developers sold them for funding their indie games. I stopped paying attention to it a long time ago as Enjin didn't really make it into the NFT marketplace. The recent storm in NFTs has not been specific to any one project and its simply independent artists making NFTs directly on Ethereum or in some cases on other blockchains. Suffice to say that I missed this train too and have only recently bought some Fantasy Sports NFTs called as NFTeams. It aims to have tournaments and merchandise etc. They sold out 10K NFTs. I have no idea what the teams would be worth but just the fact that it makes you part of this community of people intrested in sports with 400 ETH to spend is nice.

Its like everyone commonly contributes and tries to make it into something interesting that has real world effects. For example, the dev of the project sent beer crates to winners of a giveaway. I see NFTs more as such identities. The few hundred bucks i paid for it seem like a subscription fee to a very novel service.

Yes, of course I do. I have been playing the SOVI finance game for more than 3 months. I like the process itself, despite the fact that it turns out well to make money on it.

If you think and accuse NFT investors as speculators they will call you the same as the market is rallying solely because of speculation and nothing useful  Cheesy. There is no point in blaming each other, if you are not interested there is no point in investing in them, there are many who invested in them and reaped a heavy profit and there are die hard fans investing in them.

Right now the P2E games are not popular but in the future we might see some awesome games.

Yes, you're right the hype on NFT's and Gaming tokens are real that's why many investors are riding it, and it's not new to this industry, because every time there was a new concept of crypto innovation the hype will surely follow and it will be flooded with speculators just like what happening now in NFT's and gaming tokens. it is a good indicator that the crypto industry is ever-expanding and continuously thriving.

I've tried several NFT based games like Binamars, Binemon and Lost Relics it takes patience to reach high levels and I've bought coins for level upgrades, in general this is a good technique to combine blockchain and game ideas so that all parties benefit.

Of course.

Those buyers are also investors and just riding the wave so if those games go on hype then their governance tokens mostly will also go up. And when that happens, they'll sell it for profit.

And to me, I'll just buy NFTs that are required to play an NFT game.
In game tokens are the best and they are more affordable too, I invested in these projects and I'm already in profits, the thing is NFT is the new ICO in 2021 and I'm sure it will surpass DeFi due to its usefulness

1. Wonderhero
2. Hera token
3. Dogedash

These coins are still very young but mind you this isn't a financial advice so pls do your own research

I tried to play one game that was extremely popular in July. It was called Crypto Blades. Now it is abandoned by devs, but at the beginning it was really successful. So I played around 10 days when it was on the peak of popularity and its token increased by 2 times during this period and when I calculated then, I understood that if I had holded their tokens SKILLs without playing I would have earned the same sum of money.

To be honest, Crypto Blades was doing good, I really thought it would compete with Axie Infinity since it looked really promising, I think what lacked from Crypto Blades is that it was all hype at first but then fell off after a few weeks, they even had partnerships with big companies. NFT projects are still on the hype and I'm pretty sure that the devs of Crypto Blades switched onto something new.

What NFT games do have an art form? Do you mean collectibles or their native token itself?

I purchase NFT's related to NFT games that I'm playing. In most cases at NFT games, it's really necessary to buy those to fully experience the overall gameplay of that game as NFT do have their respective use-cases on the games.

I have some gaming tokens but never bought NFT so far. I am not really familiar with NFT market, still don't know how to determine potential NFT. I think someday I can consider buying NFT when I am quite familiar with NFT. In my understanding, it is not a must to have NFT for now. I am not a person who is always following the hype, I prefer to buy NFT when it is necessary.

NFT is a big blue hole, where hamsters dive in and spend their money, not understanding how this market works. The most safe way to invest in NFT is buying GameFi tokens I think. Art and collectibles may be quite hard to sell.

I do invest a lot of money on NFT games because I believe on it and I'm playing the game so for me you can have fun playing while you are earning and helping other people to earn as well. This is my first time to invest big money and I slowly taking some profit out of it. I'm not into NFT art, I can't see its real value for now but many are starting to adopt this as well, they know it can be more expensive as time goes by, NFT will still be good in the future.

Not yet! I'm still hesitating! I know some people who hold many of them, and they speak highly of them, they consider them long-run investments... but still I don't see myself in that. I tried once or twice to get more interested and to read and learn more about NFT's, but something always distracts me and I never finish that... I just postpone it for later!
From what I read about NFT generally in the news around I think it's gaining popularity more and more! So it's attractive for people, and probably I will join in some moment, I hope it will not be too late!
