That is one good strategy, there will definitely be a sign but seeing some of my ico become ignorant, the beginning of being a spirit in and on the list to the market there are many left by the developer. Well lot of new ico today have suspended / pause their icos due to market uncertainty. currently is more profitable to Skip icos then buy when it hit exchange to be honest. I don't buy new coin when it's launch because the price will full of manipulating and I don't like that.
