it is an investment and just like any other investment there is always risks. so you make an assessment based on what you see and weigh the profit against the loss and if profit part is heavier and more then you invest.

The greater the risk the greater the gain. You should not risk the amount you cannot afford to lose, that what they always say if you want to invest. As of my observation, there is a rare chance that you might lose when you invest. It is always positive that you will came up with a profit. Though you really have to be open on the possibility that there is a chance of losing to.

We are more on a long term investors here rather than sure term, the real value of bitcoin is really in the future therefore we should not waste the time and the opportunity to buy more bitcoins at the cheapest price now, be part of the success.

I think he want to say that if we have to hold for much longer then it is not important to buy them.

He is not the trader that is why he saying like that. It is the job of traders to do that the traders know that what to buy and why to hold for longer and holding bitcoin for a good profit do not take much time which other asset do. Bitcoin price increases much faster so we will have to wait a little to get the profit from the price rise of it.

Yes, buying bitcoin is less significant for getting the maximum benefits from its price appreciation. Holding it for long haul must be the very much needed thing to get what we are aiming when buying bitcoins. People do forget it, and will sell of their bitcoins when they are seeing some $100 profit for their investment and get trapped from future price appreciation benefits.

I think that is why they made other crypto. To get the boring thing out. There is not much to do and they dont want to idle just waiting for the increase. So now you can trade it back and forth to bitcoin then altcoin.

You can buy it whenever you can afford to and sell them when its price is allowing to make you profits and I think this is really good time to buy some coins as price is not too high at a moment.

Yup! I my self are sure that investing with bitcoin is safe cause I think bitcoin is secure as long as you keep your wallets privacy on yourself that is, and I think in buying more bitcoins you can be sure in the near future when the value of bitcoin goes up you can be certain that you can get a large amount and better keep an eye over it!
