nice incognito is for tor. check on that. so multiple vpns are going to be so that it makes it harder and harder to figure out where the original came from? still confused on that part
It was a trick I used to use when hacking.
I used a stolen dedi to start the 7-proxie-party. xD
You also need to know exactly where the VPN's are located at to keep speeds at a maximum.

so whats the best way to be secure? buy a laptop? hook it up to smartphone via rooted device on hotspot and use vpn? is that a good idea? all device purchases and services being purchased anonymously of course?
Buy VPN (1), use that VPN (1) to buy another VPN (2).
Connect to TOR (1), then connection to VPN (2).
Once you're good, connect to VPN (1) and buy and connect to VPN (3).
If you want to go further, force SSL and use incognito.

i guess i dont understand why i would need more vpns after the second one? also what vpn service is recommended to purchase for my safety. i need to learn about ssl first i dont even know what it is. ill spend hours trolling. incognito being a designed application for me to use im assuming?

Most people are with day to day post, but I don't really see the point.
SMF keeps logs of every IP you've ever posted with.
