Basically people hold bitcoin for future investment means ya waiting for price increased.
And the rest to spend daily for online purchase. But lately there is an offline store accept bitcoin so it could be new trend to use bitcoin for offline purpose.

I'm holding a price increase indeed, but I also have spend some bitcoins these days because its good to spend and have some coins apart of later.
We just need to wait for a price increase but it can take a long time, luckily the halving will come this year.
Also doing some coin flips so I can make some profits now and than if I have some spare time apart.

didn't cryptsy stop their trades? i think they announced it a while after the hack was public that they are going to stop all the trades on their exchanger and stop all the withdrawals too.

Yes Cryptsy is has basically gone bankrupt. Anything you still have in the exchange is gone. Check out the other discussions about this topic for a full explanation.

Yes, currently I have bought some one btc and now saving it till halving. I always hold some bitcoins even when the price hits 1000$ because we never know if the price would reach some 10k $ also.

Yes, we are expecting some good price after the halving, so majority of us believe in holding our coins at a moment and sell it after the halving when the price is better and profitable.

I dont know if I can say good job of doing that or not. It is really unstable now. It goes to 450 sometimes and I still dont know if I should also exchange it. What if's are always coming after me.

I think the most people are now holding their coins for a increase. But I think that is also coming so that is very good.
But it is very hard to predict and that is not good. But you can see now that the value is rising slowly, and that is perfect.

Same here, I think I am having some 0.2 BTC with me but I wont say I am holding them, I often gamble, loan to others etc. But I have no speific plans to save and wait for price increase, though I am saving some.

Yes it's good that you are holding but really 1000$ is a little high price you are expecting, I would say around 800$ is a very good price though and will be soon reached. I myself have stocked some and would be very happy if really price goes to 1000$.
