Since April 2019, the situation in the cryptocurrency market regarding Bitcoin has improved slightly, but other cryptocurrencies have remained in a bearish trend. I don’t know how things are going to be with Bitcoin, but I very much doubt that by the end of 2019, as well as throughout 2020, the situation will radically change for the better.
I don't think the so called "next ride" is coming in 2019. Not for BTC, not for alts.
Nobody knows when it's coming, but you have to be patient. If we're lucky maybe it happens the next year, or the next one after that.

There will be a time of luck and loss in my opinion because the price of Bitcoin will not continue to rise and will continue to fall so it's time to make a decision at the right time.

Crypto is always a hell of a ride that only few can survive, its not bad though if you know how to adopt during this kind of market situation some still manage to make decent amount of money. Lets accept the reality that its not always same as 2017.
In 2019, it is very difficult for Altcoin holders to survive. This applies to coins that are not included in the TOP-20. Coins fell 20 times at least in relation to Bitcoin.Top coin is not always become the best answer and i have invested in crypterium and it was growing from top 120 to the top 75 in a short time due to the good development progress.
I am now ready for the next bull run and right now I have a lot of holdings. Even I already hold a lot of cryptocurrencies I still buy simply because the price is too cheap and it keeps in falling down that's why I use this time to buy more. The more cryptocurrencies that I have hold, the more income that I could gain once the price goes up or simply if there will be new bull market.

Everything is possible in this business but, there are many Altcoins are increasing their value. We cannot forget the value of these, depends on Bitcoins.

No one can make these predictions as too many factors affect the crypto market. Using TA and graphs only is not enough; it is also not enough to make a comparison with previous prices. However, as it is expected that cryptocurrencies are going to be adopted, and Bitcoin, first of all, it will be natural to guess that with time, BTC and some alts will go up to the next step on the ladder.
We all are waiting for altcoins season to start. The year of 2018 was very bad for the whole crypto market. But when 2019 started, it started showing positive news for the market. But only bitcoin surged in price and this continues so far. And I believe the next time is for altcoins and we are always ready for it.
Just keep your faith mate tightly. You may be right or wrong but still, we have to accept whatever the result of this. Though it is quite difficult to think for the market to have another ATH this year and still we can't be sure next year but it keeps in my mind not to be really disappointed. And I know there is no reason why we have to complain. Nothing to be fear of what will happen next, only we have to do now is ot get prepare for the next round.

What ride can we expect for? I couldn't analyze more possible movements that could take further price increase. However, the determinations is good enough but I am looking forward to see more progress sooner. After price suddenly fall, any positive signs will be expected when the trend bounce a good spikes.
There's cycle that will be there to increase again the value, there's no specific time frame but to those who are willing to wait for the ride it's a good time to buy and collect more, by adding more assets will also increase your benefits when the time comes and the market start to bounce back. You need to look for more information and sets ideas to plan your strategy while waiting for the bounce. 
Last 3 days market crashed distressingly. Major community was excepting quick dropped to 7500K levels. Of course this situation will delay the bull market. Bu we can see this situation also as an opportunity. Many orders for many coins which were set to 15%-20% below the market prices already filled successfully. Now it is time to manage our bags.

Many? I didn't seen many, there are some increasing but in overall they are not increasing actually. One of the altcoins is very favorably located is mintme coin, of the mintme project. Of course, the project (mintme) and its developers have remained true to their main aim: "Both sides earn".
We cannot only based on short term movement like 2 to 3 days as when altcoins are down, it will dropped significantly.
We haven't recovered yet of the last year's down trend where our coins loss more a lot of value, major coins like ETH, XRP, and BCH, all loss its value significantly, ETH and BCH both were from over 1k and 4k respectively, but there's price now are over 100 usd and 200 usd respectively.
The current market only focuses on increasing the price of BTC because it occupies most of the market. That makes it very difficult for altcoins to rise back to history. We know we hope that day will come again.
I do not think that everything is so simple. History repeats itself, it is a well-known fact. But there is something new in every turn of the spiral of history. In this case, it will be a update of the TOP 10. You can be sure of only BTC and ETH. Moreover, that big run will be in two+ years.
I am beginning not to even believe in history repeating itself again, because if history was to repeat itself, there are so many times that bitcoin had consolidated and which should have been the best time for altcoins to start moving up, but yet, they still remain blind and static as always, except those top altcoins and I think those are the coins that we will need be calling altcoins now, there is now need for marketcap to completely separate those top altcoins from the other bad ones that are making investors to be discouraged.I hope that the remaining part of this year will see show some great signs in the history of altcoins again, i am still hopeful of altcoins season, and maybe this month, after the bakkt release, there will be altcoins season.
I am just observing the market condition hopefully bull run will happen anytime. Hoping also that altcoin will soon increase as the price is really down for long. Though we cannot predicted prices since market is very unpredictable.
Small movements have started, trading conditions seem to be improving. this time you can see altcoin can grow slowly with bitcoin, if this has good growth then it is not impossible that bull will start at the end of this year.

I guess it's a sorry for those bagholders where their hopes that are shattered. We might need need to wait a little more because btc is the only one who made gains and it was really a recovery. It was a massive move though for people who bought in the lows like $3k but we a ll know that all of us in this community have been waiting for a long time for the bullrun to arrive so it's very obvious that we'll say yes.
However altcoins seems not following so I think we have to wait for real bull run to see a changes for alts especially for the not popular coins.

I guess it's a sorry for those bagholders where their hopes that are shattered. We might need need to wait a little more because btc is the only one who made gains and it was really a recovery. It was a massive move though for people who bought in the lows like $3k but we a ll know that all of us in this community have been waiting for a long time for the bullrun to arrive so it's very obvious that we'll say yes.
I just hope the whole Bitcoin dominance cuts down a little bit say 10% lost to altcoin am sure we will see great increase in top 10 altcoin I mean those project deserve a look too but lets hope the market auto-correct itself
But why do you think that will happen? And why do you think altcoins are so deserving? Let's be honest most altcoins do not perform any function at all and the few that do despite their huge user base only serve to speculate with them because most transactions are still done with bitcoin, if anything the current bitcoin dominance is still too low because as far as I remember before we saw the explosion in the price of altcoins during 2017 the bitcoin dominance was close to 90% and I do not see too many good results despite the huge amount of money invested in altcoins during those two years.I think much more than 10%. If Bitcoin really rises up a lot, a lot of the other alts will also pump, and just like alts do, they will rise up even quicker than BTC. Most alts are now 10% of ATH, so imagine all of them x10 JUST to get to old ATH, whereas BTC only needs to x2 to do the same.
Not all alts will of course, but enough of them in top 10 will achieve this.
Today I have very high hopes for ethereum. The fact that over the past 7 days has risen in price by more than 7% is already a very good achievement. In addition, I want to mention the moment that, compared to Bitcoin, it is Ethereum that has the best position in the cryptocurrency market today.
