If tomorrow government will prohibit you from  selling/buying bitcoins and doing anything with crypto, will you obey and do what other people say to you?

Anyone will have no choice but to follow the law but I will appeal and fight for our own right to use crypto. I will obey them for the time being but also find a way and much more help from others so they'll change their previous decision.

There is 220 billion capitalization in crypto.
Which parties have you supported personally? Where is blockchain/crypto-oriented party?
I have supported pirate party in Russia (for example) and I suggest for anyone to create crypto-oriented parties and movements.

So, political program:
1. Cryptocurrencies are legal means to buy/sell any services in any country worldwide, represent global borderless payment financial system, uniting people all over the world.
2. Tokens are legal securities, which grant ownership, purchase of certain services, or goods, voting rights of shareholders in certain organization, ownership results of the decentralized organization work

How does that sound?
Are there any lawyers here?

Why do you want something to be legal? If it is legal, that means that government controls it. Rather, make it outside the government's authority to control = neither legal or illegal.

Cool

Right now I am more thinking about alter legal or panlegal.
What it means?
Two things.
1. Everyone with crypto/blockchain technology can raise funds for its own state and create such a state.
2. It is possible to create decentralized political-social movements, which will promote political agenda favourable for cryptocurrencies and blockchain community in different countries.

If tomorrow government will prohibit you from  selling/buying bitcoins and doing anything with crypto, will you obey and do what other people say to you?
we should  follow the govt orders regarding this  .
If the government makes the law prohibiting the usage of bitcoins, then as law abiding  citizens we should adhere to the rules of the government or we can go underground and use bitcoins but dying for something that the law seems illegal isn’t the right way to go.

Who determines if you are a citizen? Somebody might say, "Well, you were born there, weren't you?" You need to look up the definition of citizen with regard to people living on their own property. They aren't citizens unless they say that they are. Just "being born there" doesn't say where, and isn't the legal description of a citizen.

I'm a man. As long as you don't prove harm or damage, or direct threat, I have the right to do anything that I want. I have the right to contract with bitcoiners. I have the right to my property in every way. If you attempt to take my rights, government person or not, through some so-called law that you or others made up, you will face me in Federal District Court common law, where I am your accuser, and you are the accused, and the jury is the judge... and the magistrate is simple referee. You will be paying me the same amount you would have taken from me, plus court costs, and any additional damages.

That is what basic law states.

Of course, propably if government would go beyond to what they should supposed to do. I think that bitcoin should not be regulated by the government if it just makes positive benefits. Government should focus to those problems needed to resolve.

When will we be able to just exist within the bitcoin cryptocurrency without cashing out.. I don't blame governments taxing the exit points of bitcoin into cash..

I thought the whole vision for bitcoin was to require services and goods for bitcoin, without having to convert to fiat.

bitdials for example sells designer watches for crypto.
bit cars same deal but for cars..
dell computers..

my point is.. don't exit into fiat and then you won't need to worry about IRS, TAX man, reporting etc.. because nobody knows what exactly you have.

The state can prohibit the turnover of the crypto currency, but it is very difficult to establish control over this, so this will change the situation little.

It will be difficult to buy for fiat, but there are intermediaries.

Nah. I mean improvement won't come if we just become a holed up guy scared of seeing the sun right? Besides, the government sees crypto as a threat is because they have no handle to it, and are afraid that it might replace their financial government sooner or later. So I mean, lets fight it out and see who lasts

one think you can be sure.

"dont count on others from the cryptomovement to help you"

if 95% of the world will become national banking cartels again,

all cryptos in 5% left will be very valuable.

so expect no support form other icos.

Rather. make your altcoin to be accessible only to people who are members of your "private membership association" that owns your altcoin - see the video at https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.46044822. This way it is entirely outside of government control. After all, that is what is happening here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/the-second-confederacy-5035677, but without tokens as well as with tokens.

Cool

there are governments that think cryptos are good and necessary and governments that see the threat in them.

I don't think if the government bans it, and what is certain is that in the future it will be prohibited to have another way to stay in the world of cryptocurrency.

People will turn their words to action when his personal interests became damaged thats right ,because majority looks to other peoples tragic stories on sidelines with just comments like its not fair, poor people and we need to do something ,but when you told him lets go help those people then hes comfort zone is endangered and thats the problem and if you ask those people many of them would told you that he want to help everyone so ironic.... just look today how people help other people in danger they take phone and record instead helping

People will? People ARE. See https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/the-second-confederacy-5035677.

What constitution should provide is this:

Otherwise any state is dictatorship of majority over minority, or even vice versa.

I will not remain silent because owning, selling or buying bitcoin is a personal right and the government cannot block the rights of its citizens because in the crypto world we don't harm anyone.

How do you know it's a personal right? Just because you say so? Or does it run deeper? Explain, because if you don't, how are you ever going to explain to government people who suggest that it is a public right, and under their control?

So funny post ,because a big majority of people in world dont fight for their rights ,you can only see some small paid groups fighting for fake rights on fake media ,but in general normal people that pay tax go to work every day and try to survive in this mess they dont raise voices like they are hypnotize by system to just work and dont resist

I always thought that people start fighting for their rights, when they see that these rights are damaged, or may be damaged.
Personally, I had some issues with laws before, when I was living abroad, but indeed I just moved to my home country. Now, things start to become not so pleasant in my home country also. So, now, here, I have to fight for my rights and therefore I am starting this topic.
Just curious what the hell people are thinking otherwise?
Just sitting on their asses and waiting for their interests to be damaged?

People will turn their words to action when his personal interests became damaged thats right ,because majority looks to other peoples tragic stories on sidelines with just comments like its not fair, poor people and we need to do something ,but when you told him lets go help those people then hes comfort zone is endangered and thats the problem and if you ask those people many of them would told you that he want to help everyone so ironic.... just look today how people help other people in danger they take phone and record instead helping

Everyone be sure to post your names, locations, and social security numbers so you can all be rounded u.... I mean thanked for your support of Bitcoin later.

Ideally no. In case of ICOs usually people have to shown their names.
