Anyone with experience with shared masternodes? And if services like this are actually legit?

I'm looking to run some OPCX and/or COLX masternodes. With all the new enhancemennts and upgrades these coins have, along with their well-plannned roadmap, they seem to be extremely profitable as of late.

I will (probably) be trying out a GBX Masternode.

I have enough coins -- still looking into all the details.

I think that's a great choice. If you need help setting it up, come check out Setup Masternodes! They'll guide you step-by-step through the entire process.

I was able to get it up and running without any issues.

Setup was a bit of a PITA... but hopefully it pays off =)

Most masternode coins are scams, seems to be still a fad but assume it will go away or at least slow down after too many people get burned.

There's some solid masternode projects out there right now. A lot of people have said exactly what you just said about crypto as a whole.

I have:

- QBIC
- IMC
- Proton
- LINC

So far not one of them was a complete letdown. But I am betting on IMC where I am also personally involved as a mod and as part of the marketing and project managment. Currently the price is ridiculously low as most people just chase ROI. But we are very very active (you can check on discord) and beta version of trading platform for the intermodal bussines (which is a huge bussines in billions of dolars) is about to be released. If everything goes according to plan this project could see huge gains. Also it is cummunity friendly and half community drive. Alot of people from the community (including myself) are actively helping the project go on.

As usual don't beleive everything I say, do your own research and decide Smiley

Hello! The problem with MasterNode is the price of altcoin. Growth of 2% per year. Investing in MasterNode is the risk of losing money!

These are good baseline ideas to follow. I wouldn't look at DASH, me on a personal level because of the ROI growth on it is very limited, however, it is less likely to fail as a project and continue to grow more successfully!
Yes price is so volatile for MN coins.

Currently i have MN for :

DASH
PIVX
BLOCKNET
POSW (XSN soon)
Zcoin.

Yeah right. You do know that the DASH masternode alone costs more than $250,000 right? So for all those masternodes you would need close to or more than $500,000 USD? I highly doubt it. If you could provide screenshots then i'd give you 1 bitcoin. Lying will get you nowhere and will bring bad karma to you boy.

Usually only 1 dev, clone some coin, change the logo, clone the wallet, whitepaper, etc and make a HUGE PREMINE and put very high MN reward.
Create a new user here at BitcoinTalk, makse a ANN saying some shit.
So he sells MN and list in exchanges that require nothing like crypto bridge and graviex and start to dump his premine.
Probably this coin dies withih 30~60 days and who bought MN have a big loss.

Exactly.

Hello friends,

I am curious if you are running any masternodes? If you are, which coins are they for?

Thank you for participating!

Nope. Will only do so once I find a coin I believe in and get in early enough. Most masternodes out there seem scamy so I stay away.

Which one's are you looking at right now?

Take a look on AIRIN, not so expensive and devs are very helpful, there are also listed on 2 exchanges so it´s definitely worth of trying, I run one MN so far.

How'd the setup process go?

It was good, it has classic qt wallet, at discord channel there is a good guide to set up a MN under  win and ubuntu, you can make it quite easily even if you are beginner. These days it give me like 30 AIRIN coins/day

What’s the ROI like?

It´s approx 25-30 days at moment, but it changing every day a little bit.

If anyone is looking to invest in an MN I strongly recommend ION

I've been with the coin since ICO April 2016....... What attracted me to ION was the fact that right from Day 1 they've had a solid business plan which after 2 years work is starting to come to fruition

At the very least you should add ION to your watch list  Smiley
