my wording of a pump team might not correct but it's along that line. ark is pretty much dead right now in term for investors. it's that the ark communications and front desk can't find their magic bean, it's time to replace them. it seem the coindesk, ccn, or any big crypto news outlets have banned them or the ark communicators not even try to communicate with them to get the words out.
Hell yeah!! How we gonna replace them?
Seriously, I had just told these fools to stop taking junkets and spend that money on tier_0 projects. So they sent Justin on a 2000 mile trip to buy a fucking hotdog.
complete idiots.
To my recollection, you have never suggested anything for tier0. Nor have you ever provided anything more than trolling. As far as i can recall, you have only suggested pumping ideas that are insanely illegal in the eyes of regulators like the SEC. Calling anyone idiots further proves that you were banned from other chats with justification.
Again, I did not suggest a tier0, I suggested to quit spending foolishly and put that money toward a new tier0 or sweeten the pot on an existing tier0.
The only serious pump ideas I threw out in slack were to either burn or airdrop those 27 million Ark tokens that were left over from the TEC. Are my token burning or airdropping ideas really "insanely illegal" ?
On banning me from Slack, I salute you.
ARK does not spend money foolishly. We don't have a brick and mortar location, the entire team works remotely. We are very frugal when it comes to funds. ARK is also regulated by French laws for those funds, which are very similar to the SEC standards.
Your ideas included much more than what you write here, and yes, buybacks/burns/airdrops/promises of token price increase in general would make regulators look at us as a security and the fines, regulation, lawyer fees and court costs for that would be detrimental to this project, not only in terms of funding lost but also in time spent in said processes. The fact that you just called them "pump ideas" should say it all. The ARK we hold is used for community development projects and bounties, that is how it is being distributed.
Your banning on slack was due to your personal attacks on community and team members and constant trolling to push the limits of banning. As I said before, I stand by the mods decision for the justified ban of not following rules.
