I have transferred my Ark from my account ARK to address at lit-ark-wallet, but when reopen my ark-wallet my passphrase open new an empty address? is my ark lost for ever??
The same passhprase will always lead to the same account. If it doesn't the most likely cause is that you either mistyped, or more commonly when copy pasted it, there is an extra space somewhere, usually at the end of the passphrase. Please check carefully, and you should be able to find the problem, as long as you saved the correct passhprase originally.

You can check the instuctions on TEC site. Last and easier option there, is to just generate to Bittrex an ARK address.
'Copy-Paste" this address to TEC, press "Save' and then "Send' will appear.
Press it and you are done. Easy, i guess...
