does ark provide refunds?
If we are not successful (meaning if we don't pass that 2,000 BTC overall until 11th of December) we will provide refunds of course that is why we are using independent escrow trustees, else if we hit the threshold you get ARK coins.
I deposited before the 70% polo says complete but nothing is in my account yet at ark; If it arrives after the 70% time ends do I receive the 70% since I created the deposit during the 70% time frame or do I get 40%
If your transaction hits the lisk blockchain we will use the timestamp on the transaction to base your bonus percentage as.

your transaction must hit the lisk blockchain. The time that is on the transaction is the time locked for bonus, please contact them and ask polo to verify your transaction has gone through and provide them with the transaction ID.

I think if your transaction will be broadcasted in the lisk blockchain during these 1:30 h you will receive the 70% bonus, otherwise you will receive the next bonus % (which is 40%).

Since last time I was really pissed of because the 120% bonus wasn't extended. (Because you support LSK thank you)

I still do not understand why you tied this project with Lisk, was there a problem using BTC alone?
I see lisk is the past tense, lisk will go lower after ico, and the team needs to sell lisk for btc/fiat fund, and lisk will be dumped hard. Directly raise money from btc is much better
Maybe they believe in Lisk's future and they will hold it ..

Accumulating Lisk will allow ARK management to vote in themselves (and others they choose) as Active Delegates for Lisk forging and therefore accumulate ongoing Lisk rewards by running Lisk nodes themselves.
hey devs, we will be able to add refund adress in case shit happens ? because I think I will invest more, but not if the refund goes to poloniex..
I am an escrow agent for ARK and not a member of the ARK dev team. The way account keys have been distributed, I must participate in any transfer of BTC or Lisk associated with the ARK project. My job is to stand up for investors in the event of an ARK launch abort and make sure those investors get their funds back. If "shit happens", I will do my job.

I strongly suggest if you are using exchanges to first create a wallet at https://login.lisk.io or use our http://desktop.lisk-wallet.com/#download to create one , deposit first there and from there to TEC. Why? So you'll be certain you have your LISK really on the correct chain if its marked as completed and not yet in your wallet open support ticket at exchange you withdrew from.

ARK team is now definitely a huge bagholder of LISK with the amount raised so far in ICO.
5.5+ million puts them at #2 in Lisk rich list.
Most raised in the 24 hours of ICO and reason for high amount of investment in the 1st day is because of the 120% bonus for Lisk.

I am a bit confused about bonuses. So if you payed 1 BTC in very liquid, not problematic and sound BTC first day you will recieve the equivalent of 1.3 BTC (30% bonus)but if you payed in problematic, lot less liquid LISK you will recieve the equivalent of 2.2 BTC (120% bonus). I'm not correct, am I?

ARK team members also invested in ARK with LISK / BTC so we are even more eager and involved to develop this thing, but none of us are any kind of bagholders nor did we invest in huge amounts.

It is vague. TBH we have a lot of stuff we want to do, our vision is larger than most teams since we have so many people. More information is actually available in the whitepaper.
Thought the paperwork is not the most elegant, it is on solid ground. We have a large team but certain areas are lacking like a seriously good writer.
Most of us come from other backgrounds like Media, Medical, Business, Marketing, Development, etc. but a good writer was just someone not around to wordsmyth our project.
We are the group that was basically holding Lisk together this whole time in the background and you kinda can see what happened after we left the past couple of months in terms of Lisk price.
If you are referring to that last line you are reading and interpreting it all wrong, it is not related to amount of LISK, but amount of time we put into LISK as a community, which is a huge difference - it shows we are dedicated to a cause even if not being compensated for it.
