If ARK delivers its functionalities, and the price when launched at exchages will not go below ICO price, that's already 120% profit for you.

Ethereum also has MyEtherWallet, simple and secure.
Lisk has Nano. Easy to install without downloading blockchain.
Is it possible to forging or make app development with your Lite client? I don't think so.

I am interested, how do I apply?
it's not fully developed yet but you can always start campaigning for votes. Write a proposal of how you will develop your profit sharing node. For example, what your split would be and how you would control it. Who would be developing the code to do the split or will you handle the payments manually.
Things like that and with enough votes, your hosted node can be a forging node and forge ARK.
Post it here so people can read your proposal and have a name to reference when they get to vote.

Once testnet is launched you'll have a better understanding of how it works if you actively participate. DPoS is a really cool consensus model.
