I think that may be an overstatement at this point.
Development will go to a different direction, but currently there are only a few changes (as far as I know), cleaning up the Lisk code, setting the stage for changes to come.

It will take time, effort and money to implement everything. Hence the TEC.

Also, there is nothing to see at GitHub yet. ARK will be open source of course, but the TEC hasn't even started, so the core is in a closed repo at the moment.

We are against spamming BTT threads and getting a certain amount of posts to be eligible for signature bounties - looks bad to spam other threads to get your count up, so only requirement is you "check-in" each week (once per week) in this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ark-signature-bounty-thread-1660352 of participating - so if you are going to be participating for 7 weeks you will have 7 posts there (each of course in different week, but it does not matter if its Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, ... ). I'm going to write a blog post tomorrow so everyone will have a clearer picture.
