strange, it says i have voted in the last hour (I vote zero in the past hour)..
i saw bter say
To avoid spamming for bots, only registered users with order history (Bter Points (BTR) > 1000) or having enough balances are permitted to vote.
anybody know how much btc i need to put there? i have quite some btc there, but i spent them all to buy coins
altcoin doesn't count for enough balances.... i have a btc worth altcoin there
p.s. when i withdraw, i remember they reduce my BTR and now my BTR is 0...
