It's actually my first time seeing this thread and so I'm tempted to try your prediction. Tampine Rovers vs home united looks like a game between two teams at par with each other and so a draw seems probable and looking at the history of games involving these teams i agree with your prediction that both teams will score because that has been the case consistently for some time now since they started engaging each other.

Gamba Osaka are currently on the bottom table with only 3 points.
