Good luck any regulator anywhere regulating direct shares.

The SEC is going to "regulate" China.
Right.

I am not worried about it... I am worried about people being worried about it and lowering the share price (im currently slowly selling some shares to invest elsewhere).  The problem is not AM itself, the issue would be the security exchanges that may be based in the US selling shares in AM.

On another note... IT's DIVS DAY!

Lets hope that is the reason and not people worried about the SEC.

I don't quite follow. Why would someone be worried about the SEC?

Bitcoin is attracting attention from regulators... AM is not a registered security.

BTC price up, AM down. Surprised no one else has been watching the correlations. They swing inversely pretty tightl.

Not surprised here. People like holding BTCs when they are liquid / worth more. They want to "freeze" them when price drops by buying shares (that bring in BTC divs.)

Especially if people see another BTC price bubble approaching, so they can cash out into fiat, and get back into BTC -> AM when the price crashes again

I think one reason for an AM-sharepricedip is a sellout to get into different IPOs, not the BTC price...

So the shareprice is back for the moment, probably because the div-time is coming, but im still interested if these IPO's have potential. Surely you looked into them. Is there any IPO that is creating the chips themself and not buying them from another party that invented them? I think if a salesman of that kind is involved they have not much chance to beat friedcat. But if they built them themself there might be a chance.

If I wanted to move some direct shares to an exchange (BTCT for example), how would I go about doing this?

Friedcat is a busy guy, hoping to not have to PM him.

There are instructions on how to do that on the exchanges websites, try to do your research (ex: https://btct.co/security/ASICMINER-PT - click on "Details" Tab, look under "executive summary")

http://asicminercharts.com/live/ shows the dividend prediction of about 0.01286 based on the hashing. I am predicting about 5000 BTC worth of sales (probably more, but I am just going by the 3 major group buy wallets here). That's another 0.0125, so ~0.025 at the least dividend this week

Now lets get those blade sales going people! Ignore the rising difficulty ;-)

Hey! There's a contest where you could predict the price of the next dividend payout, but when is the next dividend payout? The contest just ended.

Well the dividend "price" is 0, But the "amount" is predicted to be about 0.0385BTC per share.

Furthermore, people here are not interested in contests without BTC prizes  Grin

Is that just your prediction or does it come from wallet addresses/etc?
