1) It was an incidental forum volunteer, someone would have to pick up his work and update it from an older post.
2) Was and always has been 5000 shares.
3) No the info is private other than those who announce it themselves like me and Jutarul.
4) Essentially you get to participate in meetings in an advisory role. You do not get particularly special access to detailed/early info. I believe it is also easier to become a franchise this way, but someone else would need to clarify.

The fact that it will be someone else who's doing you've been doing for awhile. So far, they've been responsive and proactive in their efforts and that trust will come over time. Also, people are reading into it too much (myself included) that a board member would suddenly stop being one when ASICMiner in the process of developing/producing hardware en masse. You've said that it was time to move on and had other projects but for the average shareholder, the immediate question was 'Is there something that went wrong?'. At least, that was the general consensus (from what I read) that many have had since your announcement.

That is not what I meant, the issue is not with you. You've done a fine job of managing it and anyone who has used the PT would agree wholeheartedly. It's the transition process that has people a little bit on edge.

Yeah, at this point dividends mean nothing. They'd have to at least increase 5x-10x to affect the share price in the way they usually do. It's just the anticipation that holds the price up right now. 300 BTC are about 2.5x the dividend we're usually getting right now (which is really meager). And the dividends already fluctuated in this order of magnitude during the last month. This means nothing. And I'm a firm believer in AM.
Wait for generation 3 being sold and deployed (late late March, April) and look out for a significant increase in dividends (10x). That's when things are getting back in motion. Not now.

Maybe, after 5 or 10 years, people will be satisfied with 5% steady APR when the Bitcoins has been accepted as "money" all over the society.

I was going to say "to da moon" but I paid much more than 1.71BTC for AM shares a few months back Grin

(Actually it was August 2013 I paid 2.5+ per share, time flies !)
