. I also don't listen too much on those "forecasters" simply because they are only trying to predict what will happen next and not stating facts with concrete evidences. So even how famous or how influential he is in this world, I don't care unless he showed me that he can time travel lol. At the end of the day, everyone can make their own predictions and everyone can manipulate what's in his hands, so why mind listening on those "false prophets"?

Longer term predictions are lot truer than shorter term predictions. I believe that is why they make their prediction at the start of the year for the end of the year. And, for sure, it is always best for everyone to do their due diligence. There are many factors that could change the trend of the market. And if those factors are not noted, predictions could go wrong. Analyst aren’t soothsayers, they analyse what they see and predict what they feel would come.

not all of coins with 5 - 20 million valuation range always got unreasonable pump. Look at some coins just like blockstack and it has brought a big news that makes investors are buying in the market again. The problem is we can't even identify all of them on what reason that create the pump.

He might be predicting people will buy bitcoin or an altcoin as a store of value instead of saving it with banks.

But it doesn't happen as always. Just like last year, there is not much improvement with altcoin prices and up until now even with bitcoin and Ethereum being pumped. No changes at all, they are still red.

It's right do their own search don't believe at any speculation because no one can predict the right price and the right time bitcoin will grow. Many are saying this year is a year of crypto maybe a positive thought is in our mind but we need to be smart on that think so that we can not lose a big money.

I think it is nothing wrong if people or company make speculation. It is all depends on us how we respond it and if we really believe it, it means we can be trapped into people's speculation anytime because not all will be happen. If me i will use my own prediction with a help from people's prediction. So i wil decide what i do depends on my prediction and not easily follow what people's prediction.

This guys just profit from their fame by making unrealistic prediction and keep making excuses to adjust the predict to suit their selfish desires. Don't trust any of them as their main motivation is to make money off the head of gullible Investor which are mostly newbies. Without having to hear from any so called specialist, you should understand that by just holding your coin for a specific period of time is 99% profitable provided all factors remind constant.

Obviously, they play Game with the investors by showing a greed of coin price hike into the market at the end of the year. With this greediness the investors turns to invest huge amount into the market to avail the as much as profit. But, as usual at the end of the day or year all availing of profit on investment goes into the account of predictor/experts/analyst. Here what we need to do is just stop believing on the experts/analysts about coin's price predcitions. We just need to start our own servey/analyst about when the price of coin will hike. if i invest at this time will it be beneficial for me or not. All this good will happen at that time only when you will start believing your self for understanding or analyst the market instead of believing on experts/analysts. It's not a new thing, in fact most so called experts are used to it, there are some that predict towards the end of the year while some predicts during any little bull run but once it stops they stop as well. I only blame those who listens to them because most of those predictions has never worked, starting with Bitcoin which have been predicted over and over again yet not proving them right. Most times I tell people this crypto market hardly follows any prediction thus it's better to do your study on any coin and invest within your capacity.

Usually these predictions appear at the end or at the beginning of a year that is why mostly they use yearly timeframe to predict but personally i have learbed that uptill now crypro market has been moving in cycles so if we are in bearish cycle year end will be lower and if we are in bullish cycle year end will be higher, this is simple analysis and not some guess or prediction.

I do not agree that the bull season in 2017 was a miracle there was a high push back then, with lots of hype flying around and alot of people did rush in to be a crypto currency token holder or investor.

And naturally, the end of the year holiday requires spending, and people sell off their holdings to have fiats to spend, it doesn't really necessarily cause a token dump, but it creates a situation where sellers are more than buyers and it leads to low prices
