Hey you're correct current levels of 6.3k are really nice to be investing in and then holding it for long term. I feel if one buys at current levels he should get decent profits going ahead, because current levels are not only affordable but cheap when you compare to the price hikes bitcoins has reached. It's also important to remember bitcoins has a tendency to rise up during end of the year period so better buy and hodl.

For me, anytime is best to buy bitcoin. There is no specific time when to buy. It just depends on the market. If the bitcoin price is high, like $10,000 and up but the trend is still going up, it is profitable in a faster way. When the bitcoin drops down so fast, we can save more money if we buy then hold it until the price is pumping again. It is how you build your strategy in buying bitcoin and your instinct.
