Ie 4 bidders each bid: 1 @ 0.02.
Another bidders says: 1 @ 0.025
Auction ends.
Is the first or last person to bid 0.02 kicked off the list?

Good morning, and thanks for the question. I prefer to reward those who were the first to bid. Let me give a clearer example.
Let's say that the high bids on day 2 are as follows:
Code:
Bidder #1 — 1 @ .02 [btc]
Bidder #2 — 1 @ .02 [btc]
Bidder #3 — 1 @ .02 [btc]
Bidder #4 — 1 @ .02 [btc]
Then on day 3, we receive the following bid:

Bidder #5 — 1 @ .025 [btc]
The new high bids would be:

Bidder #5 — 1 @ .025 [btc]
Bidder #1 — 1 @ .02 [btc]
Bidder #2 — 1 @ .02 [btc]
Bidder #3 — 1 @ .02 [btc]
