It's easier, the winner of the auction contacts minerjones/any trusted escrow and pays him the bid amount. You need to ship the product to the winner. Once he receives, minerjones releases your payment. Though I haven't used him, he is one of the most trusted escrow in the forum. Didn't know that the Bitcoin Forum has an Escrow Service?

There is a couple of reputable members willing to hold the funds for the time of the shipping.
Once the transaction has been setup, the buyer sends the BTC to the escrow, so seller knows the funds have been secured.
Then the seller ships the goods, and when buyer confirms everything is right, the escrow releases the BTC to seller.
