Redundancy: Automatic Power, Manual Network, Manual Backup Miner.
Buyer agrees to pay the amount of the winning bid in BTC up front to Seller in exchange for an intangible lease of computing power.
Seller will:
*host a dedicated computer for the buyer for the duration of the lease term.
*provide Ubuntu Linux 12.04 LTS as the operating system and upon request install various mining/gpu based applications
--cgminer/sgminer, vanitygen/oclvanitygen/oclvanityminer, hashkill, or other requested clients based on availability
*maintain sole access to the dedicated computer
*cover any and all hosting/electric/cooling/network/hardware/maintenance costs.
*reimburse buyer for downtime on an hourly basis (in one hour blocks) based on: contract price / lease term / 24 hours * hours of downtime = x BTC per hour
Buyer may:
*choose what pool(s) to mine with failover, load-balance, quota, and other multi-pool options available in (c/s)gminer.
*choose to run other gpu programs based on availability for Ubuntu Linux 12.04 LTS.
*request changes to the dedicated miner either by a predefined schedule or criteria or once per business day. Changes may take up to 8 business hours for implementation if not scheduled.
Sellers maximum liability is limited to the initial purchase price decreasing per hour the purchased hash power is available.
Any increase in hashing power will not be considered a breach by either party.
Hash/Sec numbers advertised are based on minimum stable readings while mining with the scrypt algorithm.
Other programs and algorithms may have different speeds.
If this dedicated miner is auctioned at the end of the lease term the current buyer will receive a 10% discount on their posted bid to continue mining without changes.
