I do have some trust. RoboCoder sent me over 100 BTC coins first. And trade fortress sent me 50 coins first and re payed.
And have a large list of trust from other users.

buyer can run off and declare he never received it, not sure how I can prove the transfer
to guarantee the receiving of coins.

Well, you can transfer orders between people now on BFL's website, so why not use that?
I bet 21 BTC with Transferring ,
Escrow service get my BFL account Data and Confirmed the transfer and will send the coins
