Well, i just got some coin in my wallet - but a very thinny part.  Like only 12-13% of what I asked.  Why ?  And what can I do ?

did they charge you the withdrawal fee on the 100% or just the part you actually received?

Hello Soltantgris,

I apologize for any inconvenience this may had caused you. The reason the withdrawal was released in smaller amounts was due to a large build up of inputs from all the transactions in the wallet which become to large to fit into the block chain. This chops the withdrawal to a size where it will fit into the block chain.

I have alerted our wallet specialist who will merge inputs to help larger withdrawals process.

Thank you for your patience as he works on merging inputs

It helps if you upgrade to tier-1, you have to provide you address, but guess what, they don't check! So you are now Nomishi Sakamoto, living on Wallstreet 5, New York...  Wink

HUGE withdraw fees indeed. Would cost me almost 1k Aur to winthdraw (but i have like 3 ''free withdraw'' ticket. But still one may have to spend many tickets to withdraw (we are locked at 2k$ per day'', i guess it is the price to pay for Cryptsy to be gvnmt compliant ?   Anyway, it's scary and can't wait to get all my coins out.

Just talked a bit with hermann and hlynur about the iceland conference today - including hlynur lecture on currency creation/ inflation / crypto etc. Can't wait to watch it !   Good job guys, just too bad i can"'t be a beta tester for the icelandic exchange. Still i saw some picture of it - look pro !

A bit of light in these troubled times is refreshing. Thanks for your work - im avalaible to help if you need a cheerlearder.

As far as Guldex goes, it was not hyped, Just announced. All tough it's almost finished I have decided not to invest actively in Gulden anymore and completely dedicate my time and efforts on Auroracoin.

The AUR-ISK Exchange is still being build and has had some delay. Still we hope to start testing soon. We will officially announce it once testing is done.

That is good, development here has been brutally slow if I am being honest and it's good you finally focusing on one project and not 2. I will hold my coins until the next rise.

That is great news about the Aurora exchange.

In regard to Cryptsy; I hope they can keep/get their act together.
I still have some other coins there that I cannot withdraw and believe it would be a blow to cryptos in general to see them fail.
I do like how they keep the coins they have listed, and the volume that transpires there.
They changed stuff up pretty quickly and the fee without warning of .005% to withdraw seemed like a "cash grab" to me, that is why I believe many may have left.

edit: .5%, this decimal stuff, combined with percents, can get tricky.

The development of the Icelandic Auroracoin exchange is coming close to completion and anyone with an Icelandic KT (social ID) can go now to http://isx.is and sign up to be a part of the beta test that will start in a few days.

Well i hope it will be ok - i may have a 24h delay (resetted password) + withdraw limits. Cryptsy is mintpaling his way out of customers ?   What is the problem exactly ?

There have been allegations that Cryptsy was in cahoots with Gaw miners on the manipulation of Paycoin and that they have some federal institutes investigating them. But I haven't seen anything yet to substantiate those claims. This did however spark mass withdrawals from Cryptsy which is enough to make it unstable.

I'm not sure what happened to the AUR-ISK exchange, according to auroracoin.is it was supposed to launch on October 1st.

I've never been to Iceland, but there's one thing I know about that place, and it's that they love some EVE online.

If Auroracoin can be integrated into that somehow, maybe this project can still be salvaged.

I forgot about the exchange that was meant for AUR, LTEX was doing one for Gulden called Guldex, it was hyped quite a lot but not sure when it's being released.
On that note if the ISK exchange is still being released I will hold onto my 20k+ until the price is back over 15k again during the next pump and dump.

Can LTEX confirm if this exchange is coming because I made arrangement with Ontopicplease to sell my AUR to him.

Hi all !

Long time no see Smiley.  I took a ''crypto-break'' for the last few month - barely looked at anything crypto related.  Earing some nice stuff regarding Aurora .  I may grab some more today - im use too.

Let's rock it

Done.

pro-tip: there's rumors of cryptsy having trouble and shit. I'm not sure if there's anything to it, but I'm sure that it often happens that a withdraw will only give you half the AUR because of wallet troubles or whatever. Also note they introduced a withdrawal fee of 1% recently and introduced ridiculously low withdraw limits ($10 per day or something) for people not willing to give their identities.

I suggest you withdraw your AUR in case you bought them on cryptsy just to make sure you really have them safely.
