I have the same problem here. Received tracking number last Saturday (29.6), but still nothing on DHL website.
I opened ticket on Avalon support site: Ticket ID - 1263.

have seen this several times before. People got their Avalon before or the same day the DHL has the information in their system.

Tracing number don't exist in DHL and about wrong carrier I can not know because I don't know where the unit is Avalon know's because they sent it.
Have you tried to check the EMS website for that tracking #? Just in case
