As for trade-ins, they have sold hundreds of Icarus/Lancelot cards, I believe at least 50% of them went for trade-ins.
We only have few people that reported their trade-ins. This cannot be right, there must be more people who opted for trade-ins.

Had a guy from work call Mr. Chen on Apr 24th to verify that he got my boards. Mr. Chen said he got them. He said he was just collecting them, did not know much else.

This is true, he handles FPGA chips and thats all. Last time I met him and asked about delay he only said: the chips are not assembled yet. Zhang is working on it.

Originally I was pissed, but now I am calm. From watching bitcointalk 2013 video it seems Yifu and Nzhang have done quite a bit to help us out. We just need to have faith in Avalon team delivering. Another idea is since ASICMINER is doing group shares, etc...So....Avalon should start shares too

Not sure tbh, I just paid it immediately as I didn't want any sort of slow down in delivery.
This morning I see a "clearance event" in my tracking...
My parcels reached the same point yesterday afternoon (GMT+1). I also got a text from DHL later on in the evening asking me to pay customs fees of £163 (although presumably this is anticipating the charge once the devices reach the UK). Is that a pre-advice of charge or have you had to pay up already?
