Topic: Avalon orders - Batch#2 waiting list - page 5. (Read 11487 times)
Random question if anyone knows, I'm going out of the country for 2 weeks (I currently live in the USA) I'm afraid DHL is going to end up delivering my avalon while I'm away. Anyway to pre sign for the package or have them hold it until I get back? I would be awful if they send it back to china.
I am thinking through the same choice. In my case, there is a trusted business close by, and I would have it delivered to them, making the arrangement through DHL and not Avalon.
I would never pre-sign. bad, very bad.

My support ticket says being process, I order on the feb 18 and #1×××, hope I get a email wit tracking number....

Put inside your transaction id to walletbit and as much info as you can.
I had the same problems with walletbit on february 2, opened a ticket the same day with walletbit and support.avalon-asic and a couple of weeks ago they added my order to the store (where you have to register and fill your address and telephone number).
Put address and telephone number on support.avalon-asic as well, the cannot ship if they (Avalon team) don't have a telephone number.

I did everything. I have 3 Tickets open with all informations in it. The oldest Ticket is from Feb 3 at 3:07 PM.
Still nothing :-(

would be a good idea if you can get avalon to say this are gift for your birthday.. if you only order 1 but what if you order 2 or more?
