its already beeing handled a bit more tidy than here, but for obvious reasons its goin on via PM´s and Emails...not on a open messageboard were nobody knows whats what annymore.....for those not already informed, sytech has been contacted and will take a fee that pr today is not clear yet, but seeing is the best option we got its the way it has to be. period.

You guys need to get organized.

Some of you are offering rewards for information about the scammer.

Some of you are offering % of your funds as reward AFTER recovering them.

It is highly unlikely you will get those coins back. You may find him and win a legal settlement against him, but it won't be in Bitcoins.

Just want to make sure everyone is on the same page and there's no unrealistic expectations.

Personally I think the scammer should send the bitcoins back and avoid exposure, but since that's not happening

Looks like you guys are on the right track with getting SyTech involved.
I just checked them out. Seem legit. Seem effective. If this guy made any mistakes, I am thinking they will find it.

Now you guys just better hope BTC value doesn't drop substantially in the next few days, or SyTech will likely not deem this case worthwhile to pursue. Surely, 80BTC and 50% of that is good incentive and fair compensation. 40BTC @ $200 a piece most likely won't be.

Hopefully they can get on it fast.

Like i told mine2slow, the best option we have is goin this way, and we just have to let them have the fee for the job. Im sure annyone who was a part of the group buy and lost theire BTC feel the same way...pure logic really...so i´ve told @mine2slow to go ahead and give them the go ahead....

i wanna carve out some time and go out of my own topic rules and just say: GREAT WORK @mine2slow ......

IM in and i think by now people not giving anny interest to this is just either on the bottom of a bottle or dont care....annyways go ahead and set this in motion....i have been in contact with my friends freelancing from the Phillipines, and they will be willing to cover great parts of the world and i will cover the rest as far as flight down when we have adress etc...so we have the physical team assembled aswell. So when they find him that money will be paid that i can gurantee...so if this group that are gonna helps us find out that its gonna cost more than say 50% dosnt matter AvalonShenzen will pay this out of his own pocket, take a loan etc...really dont care just know from experience they have a 100% sucess rate they specialize in retrieving kidnapped kids etc from troubled countrys were there are kidnapping etc involved....my friend runs this company ....and he will take it on pro-bono partially....i have worked out the details...meaning you guys will never be asked to pay a dime for this service. period.
