newbies do bounty without wearring avatar ..
if you want to join that bounty and have any doubt you can clear it with bounty manager of that campaign ..

you can not wear avatar but yes you can wear personal text ..

no bounty campaign ask newbies to wear avatar , they also know it is impossible ..
if any bounty manager do this then he must be new on this forum . you can pm him and inform the rules .

Newbie can wear the avatar. As far as i know, theymos already released new badges for those are below full member rank to be able to wear the avatar. But remember you must pay some amounts to get sopper member and you can wear an avatar.

As I know, only full members upward can wear avatar. Newbies cannot wear avatar.

Ranks belongs to a newbie, junior member, member are not allowed to wear avatar, only full member and above are allowed to wear avatar, it is what rules being implemented. So, if you want to wrar avatar, just keep on posting until such time that you reach the full member rank.

If you are an old member of forum there's no rank restriction on whom can wear avatar. The lowest rank to wear avatar is full member and to know more about ranking.

For the newbie the avatar is not allowed to wear but by doing hard work you can become a full member then you will be able to wear the appropriate avatar and then you will be said the expert member of this forum so for now trying your best and do good while in the bitcoin community the bitcoin usage and bitcoin knowledge is important.

I don't think there's signature campaign that accepting newbies, as far as I know most of the Bounty campaign are allowed to participate atleast jr member rank.
Wearing avatar not for newbie, to wear an avatar you need to be atleast Full member, Sr. member, Hero member and legendary. You should need to learn more about the Crypto just read and research you will get a lot of information in this forum if you do reading.

No, newbies cannot wear avatar but they can wear the signature and they can join a signature campaign if that ICO accepts newbie although I am sure that the rewards that they will receive are small.

No, it takes a FULL member to wear the avatar, so you still need a long time.
And FULL member needs not only 120 active, and also need 100 merit.

Newbies to member are not entitled to wear avatar for signature campaign, it is for full member and up. This is what I know. Today I don't know if newbies to member can wear avatar. We can wear signature code but avatar cannot. It is for full member and up.
