Little less understood with the picture of how the Aworker work, ilustrated that Aworker 1 interacts with Candidate 1 and Candidate 2 and Aworker 1 earn Work points on each interaction with the candidates. So, what kind of interaction does the Aworker do on the candidate, whether by interviewing like a conventional way or just verifying the data or CV of the candidates?

I suggest you check the white paper or ask the question in their telegram group - https://t.me/aworkerio
or Reddit community - https://www.reddit.com/r/Aworker
I am not really understanding what you are asking to be honest - so hopefully they will be able to help

I love the fact that they keep us constantly up to date with every decision they make
Yes, they are very transparent with their decisions. Not hiding anything!

Guys, I've noticed that there has been a bit of scammer activity in the telegram group recently - please be careful!

Bloody scammers get everywhere. maybe i should take it up, they seem to be doing well out of it
it will come to bite them in the butt in the future, with the right tech added to the blockchains, it will become easy to trace stolen funds back to a bank account/s giving you ID of the scammer/s
Yes, I got messaged by a fake Anton last night. I told him what I thought of him then reported him as a scammer!!
I also got messaged by him yesterday too, these people make me sick!! Be careful guys!!!
This is very concerning.
Yeh, there's a lot of scammers out there. Always read the pinned messages in Telegram rooms, it tells you who is who and that they will never DM you

AS long as people dont actually believe they are being contacted by an actual Admin they should be fine.  just report the scammer
That is where the problem lies though, these people have got so good at impersonating the real admin that it has become hard to tell.  Telegram needs to do more to stop them in the first place.  Aworker are always saying that no Admin will ever DM you.  So they are doing there bit

Still telegram users need to use common sense. If someone reaches out to you and asks to send 10 ETH and provides you an address, how can you be so confused and send your money to them?
