Interesting project powered by blockchain. Smart contracts are natural shift for this industry but most importantly, its important that the application/platform is user friendly and make budget sense for companies to adopt.

I like the idea behind this project because there are a lot of problems in HR right now and Blockchain can improve it. The main issue is the competition with LinkedIn. I think that p2p hiring will help this industry finally become up-to-date.

A company will be able to test candidates through an application connected to the Aworker protocol. The company opens a site or application connected to the Aworker protocol and checks all information stored in distributed ledgers.

Aworker protocol will give complete information to companies when hiring employees. Lack of verified information about applicants is one of the significant problems in HR in our time. It is nearly impossible for one application with centralized servers to solve this problem.

The protocol will unite the efforts of application developers and gather complete information about applicants.

From another side, people can prove their competence without lengthy checks and information gathering. In this case, applicants will be able to manage their data and monetize it if necessary.

I like the idea of a database in which I can look up the personal qualities of a candidate. Very often HRs are not able to use a CV or a first phone interview to measure personal qualities of a job candidate.
Me too, it's a great idea.  This way you can get a very good idea of what the person is actually like.

Not sure about you guys, but with the market right now I am doubting whether to keep going with ICOs

I know what you are saying, but there are still some real winners out there. You just need to be able to pick them. That means a lot of research and never take the word of any youtuber or follow any fomo. Aworker looks totally solid for me and I am glad I invested in it.
