Looks good, definitely a service in demand that will only grow as AWE becomes more main stream.

Best of luck, will follow and help where I can.

Totally agree! A lot of money grabbing in the recruitment industry. I used to work in this niche - know the margins...and greed.

Wow awesome news on the changed token metrics, I went on telegram to see if people were upset but everyone there seemed to love it.  I wonder how the sentiment is here. what do u guys think?

it's great. to see them have the balls to do this is a superb sign that they want the best for the project's sustainability

I've been follwing these guys on facebook, i missed the AMA yesterday but if you click on the link below you can rewatch it and hear all the important updates they have made to give aworker more solid foundations to grow and thrive on as they work through their road map.

I took part and asked a technical question in the AMA one before last they said I could i could contact them directly and theyw ill expln my answer in detial. I thought this was very nice of them to take time out for me, it shows they are already putting their customers and clients first and customer service is key to suceed in any industry  Grin

Mixed opinions with me. but that's probably just because i have not witnessed it before. a bold move that certainly seems to have the right intentions.

Not sure yet. i need more time to work it out

Well I like the fact they are seeing sense, changing to fit market conditions and not trying to achieve the impossible and lead people down the garden path.

i honestly cant wait for this, Aworker is one of my top ico's of 2018, rare you get 1 with a real use case for blockchain technology and Aworker nailed it.
i know right, they will be a great influence on the employment industry. Its great that they are creating a worldwide and decentralized system where employees can be assessed and their reputation verified.

They have updated the token metrics and extended the ICO

Sensible move I think. This so-called "next bull run" just isn't happening and ICOs that don't adapt will suffer. Aworker leading the way.

Will this Ai base be fed by the company in which it will  request the hiring of officials, or how will it be treated? How will this recruitment be developed using Ai?
oooo AI, a buzzword going around a lot lately, any clues as to how this is going to be implimented? not investigated anything about AI yet but know its an important part of blockchain in the future. is this all possible on the blockchain they are using?

On which exchanges you will be listing?

dont know if they are able to say which listings, but it would be interesting to know if talks hve begun, or maybe an estimate into the size/volume of any potential exchanges? I know its still early, but it does give a good indication of future plans

Really interesting space..a lot of ICO projects are looking at eliminating middle men and this will save millions of dollars for a lot of industries

I agree. Cutting out the middleman in this case is good for corporations as well as candidates. I used to work for a recruitment agency. High margins and honestly a lot of money grabbing. Aworker is an interesting solution!

More fairness if you look at things from the candidate's perspective. Like it.
it actually gives genuine rewards for the seeking part, which i think in the offline models, they are not able to do with any sort of immutability, the added incentives will definitely drive more people into work, surely..? And how the platform is tailored so relevant roles and expeirence are promoted, this is going to do so well.. cant wait to actually start using it tbh

Aworker recognizes that hiring human resources is one of the most dynamic markets in the world with a volume of 429 billion dollars. And it's hard to argue with this
wow, that is a large market, i'd honestly not looked into the finances of the whole sector before, any ideas on what the traditional companies are taking of that share at the moment? Can see a larger scope for aworker than say manpower, nice to have some actual figures though.. such a huge amount of growth..
