I think the chances are higher to see the price continue to float between these levels than to actually touch them. Currently there is barely any support around the $400 price level which means that we still can see sub $400 prices again in the coming days.

$400 is only important psychologically. There is nothing important at that level from the TA point of view. it is either $415 line that was broken, or $380 that serves at the support at the moment.

Yes, price will be higher in next couple of months, so If you buy at a moment that can be a good decision to make, as the value of bitcoin is not too high at a moment.
