It is not a bad time to come here when the market is red because it is a good chance for you to choose a better coins which you can invest at it cheaper price. It is a new beginning to purchase some potential coin and make it profitable when the price recovers. Invest on what already on the market rather on the ICO projects because sometimes it won't work.

There is no bad time for join in crypto. But actually if you join at when it is on peak, or ay high price and bought it, actually it is bad time to do it because we will need time to reach that price again.
