Baikal is a good person, just have patience 
In my oppinion its not fair, if people create new topics (Forum) like "Never buy from Baikal" "Baikal scam blabla".
Of course they have problems with customer support or sale department. But look at Bitmain, Innosilicon and all other Asic manufacturer. They are not better...
I had some nice conversations with Baikal on Skype... If you are nice and polite, they will listen and help you. Make your own experience with them.
You find a lot of negativ posts, because nobody is posting if all went well with them.

You understood quite wrong.
People make such posts / threads / blogs just after having a bad experience, not before.
People get annoyed and irritated after a bad experience.
If they were kind to you now that does not mean it's a custom.
I for example had a good experience with them a few years back and it went only down hill since then.

I sent the payment last wednesday, no confirmation from them yet, although my local bank already sent and cleared the payment on the 2nd day.
My payment has been confirmed after 8 days (sent by EU bank account).

What do you want to say? Selling yes, deliver no. First round will be shipped now. If you see a X10 at a pool, this is Baikal (the company) and they "testing" them.

Guys, is there anybody who have sent money around last Sunday and already have confirmation. Because I have sent money for 2 baikals on Sunday and still don't have confirmation. I know international transaction could be pain in the a** but already 4 days passed..... I expect at the latest tomorrow to have confirmation but still....

1. You forgot to mention about 50% drop to Qubit profitability since you started to ship.
2. You played it clever, pumping x13 coins to attract all the old Baikals to X13 and to appear that your new X10 miner is very profitable in order to get preorders for Batch 2
3. Will you accept returns when a customer will plug the miners and they will be defect from Day 1 ? Full refund because is your mistake ?
Can someone provide a few good PSUs to use for the X10.
