What country are you in?
I have found that they respond fairly quickly (remember the time difference to China!). Usually within 24 hours. I just used the contact form on their site. If you have your order number from them, it would probably help to include it.
That's kinda annoying that the customs guys get to decide how much something cost you, and then hold it. I'm sure that asicminermarket would be happy to print you up an invoice that said $150 (or whatever they put on the customs form).
Even $150 is probably more than the actual physical value of the combined hardware in the thing. I don't know where they get off giving you so much trouble. Maybe they know what it really is, and it's plugged in right now at their place
It doesn't even have it's own PSU... The software is offered up for free on the Internet... It should be on them to prove that an orange pi, a bunch of FPGA chips, a fan, and 12" of extruded extruded aluminum tube adds up to more than $150.
I need an invoice of 1999$ , customs here are really aggressive, they reported me that it costs thousands of dollars and the company girl talked told me to tell 1999$ just for not looking further....
