well my X10 is fucked.

still can't get into it.

connection refused.

reseated all the connectors(friend back home is doing this). changed the UTP cable to a different switch.

now its telling me that my connection timed out. I can see it if I run a network scanner. but I just can't get into the GUI.

fucking baikal  Angry

I'm faceing the same problem after i start the miner for hours. try to shut it reboot it and wait 1 or 2 mins then try to get into it

https://www.mining-dutch.nl/ are a good pool with auto btc conversion, xvg and geo doing well there
Is it possible on mining-dutch.nl to automatically change the algorithms for their profitability? For example miningpoolhub can.
They have a multi port for algos to mine whichever is more profitable at the time, check the getting started page which should help

Just received my 2 Giant X10  Cheesy Cheesy at last!

It wasn't that late, taking into consideration the Holidays period!

1st, lets hope for operations with minimal problems as it seems to cause lots of them Cheesy
2nd, any one would like to propose a pool to point these midgets?

Thanks and hope you all happy mining!

how much daily Huh?
Around 500 xvg per 24hr per machine. I now have 1 machine mining xvg and the other at miningpoolhub mining geo.

One of my machines is running 10 degrees hotter than the other even when on the same algo, thinking of flashing the firmware with the latest release but it seems you need to dismantle the miner to get to the card, anyone know how to do this before I get the screwdrivers out!

where are you mining your XVG at ? Im on idcray and no where near 500 xvg per machine

I am also mining XVG a the moment in suprnova. I am mining there in the last 3 days. The first day I got 600 per machine after that it dropped down to 500.

I was able to get a successful recovery with DiskInternals Linux Recovery. There's a significant amount of info in there...

Did you get a chance to compile it and does it match the sgminer on the x10?

Anywho, seeing that log on the recovery files of blakecoin share submitted and accepted, I am guessing that the Baikal Giant B is the same as the Baikal x10, just with different firmwares for different algorithms. Repackaged and re-programed with a $3k+ markup compared to the x10, smart company/choice. So I am assuming now that the 2 new algos is 2 of the algos on Giant B, but they are waiting for the Giant B to be released first before they release the updated firmware for the X10, so the difficulty don't shoot up before they can sell the Giant B.
Possible, but I don't think they would do this because that would basically make all of their customers pretty angry.

Haven't gotten a successful recompile yet. My Linux skills aren't great... Just hoping to help someone who has better software skills!

Mining at suprnova, last day is low, past days was 500+ XVG/day.
1% fee, reliable as always.

Edited: last day, near 400.   Sad

How much daily mining geo?
Between 4-6 at miningpoolhub, mining-dutch didn't have enough geo miners, all mining xvg.
Took the problem machine apart and flashed the card but it seems that it could be a thermal paste issue, one card had some at the ends of the board whereas the other 2 did not. This machine is running between 30-36, the other 24-27 both next to each other in an ac controlled room.

Wow damn I spent 2.5k$ on GPU mining rig and can barely make 100-150 XVG per day Sad But I guess if things go sour I can play some games on the 1080ti's

lol damn thats a dirty move by baikal it makes sense though, the giant b came out
way too soon after the x10 hard to imagine they had a whole different team on a different fpga
for such a small company
