To pick the exact contender to win from the three mentioned contenders, will be from their performance and the contributions they made for their country to lift either of Euro or Copa America League they are playing in.
For the record: Vinicius is playing for Brazil(Copa America League), Kross for Germany, and Bellingham for England(both were in the Euro League).

It is too early to predict the Ballon Dior winner because Euro and the copa America matches just started, we haven’t seen any top five players that are being selected perform very well, Vinicius, Bellingham, Harry Kane, Mbape, Kroos performance has not shown us that this player is ready to win the ballon, Dior, the only player that is having a good performance among them is Toni Kroos and if Kroos win the award before he retires it will be a huge achievement for him, Kroos deserves to win the award and I will be very happy if Germany qualifies to the final round of Euros and with the Germany performance I believe they will try to qualify to the final stage.
I don’t even see any reason why Messi would be among the Ballon Dior contestants, Messi is not having a good season in Inter Miami and even currently inter Miami is still playing their league and he is not with them unless FIFA wants to give it to Messi if not Messi name should not even include in the list, The players that should be in top five should be Vinicius, Bellingham, Mbape, Kane and Kroos. These are the players that deserve the award.
I won't surprise if it's Tony Kroos as well. Imagine Germany winning EURO and of course, Tony Kroos will have huge impact and likely to be winning Player of the Tournament. If you look at his performance throughout the season and in this EURO, I believe he can be a good contender.
He can also be a good contender as you said, if Germany can win Euro, he will be given as a compensation for his retirement from football, because he has really done a lot for Real Madrid and he is a great player too. This was what I and my friend was discussing this morning. This was how they gave Messi the world best. Vini currently has the higher chance but along the line as the competitions are coming to an end we will have the proper picture of who will be the winner.

Jude had poor performance in knock out matches in UCL while Vini had a great performance. You are being bias I think lol. Vini deserves this if we can have somewhat a good time in Copa.I believe it's between the two as well.

Maybe they don't want so much volatility with the odds. In some way, it all balls down to the conclusion that the era of Christian Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Karim benzema produce a very competitive balon d'or contenders that actually merited it. The available option don't really fit into an ideal balloon d'or winner due to poor sportsmanship attitude on his part and the fact that others aren't showing much ability as a strong contender but it's likely going to be in favour of vini as it stands now.
Since the award as it stands is based on the performance throughout the year so I see Vini as the more probable result. It is quite unfortunate that both players' chance to win the Ballon d'Or depends on future games. Football is unpredictable because we can just see any of them coming up with a great performance. Placing bets on Jude makes sense but it will be safer to bet on Vinicius Jr. He has not scored any goal for now Copa America but Brazil as a team has a culture of improving as the competition progresses. So he might end up putting up a quality performance. Bellingham is not performing well at the EUROs either. He has scored one goal, but that has been the extent of what he has shown. The Engalnd team has also been disjointed despite the hype and expectations.
Jude Bellingham's best performance in the Euros was in the game against Serbia where he scored the only goal. Besides the goal, he was almost everywhere on the pitch and putting up a great performance. The entire team performed poorly in the game against Denmark. Generally, Jude is a performer and I expect him to have a good game against Slovenia.
The thing is, even you bet earlier, the odds will be adjusted until event closed, so the odds for Bellingham will not be @4.00.
