I just messaged Eddie on their telegram regarding this bug. Let's see if he still wants to make things right from his side.

Guys, please bump up my old accusation thread, it will help my accusation thread to get exposure.

Do you still want to bump the accusation thread?
I can quote your post above this one. Since you've made your point clear, let us know if you like it.

Stunna was last active a long time ago, so I don't know if it will help you with your accusation.

I appreciate it a lot, thank you.

I'd really appreciate if members bump up this thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/primedice-targeting-old-vip-users-autobet-bug-not-resolved-yet-2526260 (It's still unresolved)
What would you like to be added to the thread?

The case is from 7 years ago, that's quite a long time. Stunna as we speak has now also been inactive for a good number of months. In that case, it looks like he sent you a PM. Are you trying to say, he didn't help after that?

Hello JeromeTash  Smiley

After speaking with Stunna the case wasn't resolved, Stunna said they don't remember any bug about autobet being fixed in our PM convo.

Then Edward took over in telegram chat and offered me 0.01 BTC to mark the case as solved rather than compensating the whole amount.
I did sent the emails to MICRO (Primedice's head support) and he said there's a possibility it might be compensated for me for the bug caused.
After that email I didn't hear from Primedice's team, they ignored my case. And now they've also deleted my account "Wyane" from their database (Most likely becasue of our clash)

If someone can bump up the thread stating something like "The case isn't resolved yet, Robo_alt is accusing primedice in 'scam accusation' section of the forum"
Maybe they will respond, the timing of me getting banned in the middle of this scam accusation was bad.
I admit getting banned was a major mistake on my side.

Quote from Edward.
After the new PD4 launch am experiencing lot of display problems that turn my gaming experience annoying  Undecided

Betting, either manual or auto, it's OK but site is constantly glitching (every few seconds) : monitor turns all grey (same kind of grey as the upper horizontal bar where deposit withdraw faucet buttons are located) for a second or so and then come back to normal.

This glitch (dunno if it's the correct term to use to describe this "bug") doesn't affect autobetting proper run.

Is it only me or anyone else s having same problems?

Yes there is very horrible bug in auto-betting which is making players without money, PD4 is full of bugs and problem of instability as the ratio of downtime is more bigger than the previous version, we can say this it's bad launch ever from the team.

Autobet on Primedice had problem also on previous versions, it's time to fix it guys

If the staff of primedice reads this and want to correct their mistake then contact me on telegram: @Leblock

Hello "ThePharmacist"

The forum might not have changed that much, but my username did.  And man, I remember you from years back though I'll be damned if I would've remembered why you got banned.  Then again, it's been a while and there have been lots of members who've left the forum for various reasons and I can't keep 'em all straight.

I did notice the change of your username after going through the ban appeal thread Smiley

I hope Cyrus give me a second chance to be on the forum but I am uncertain if my request will be approved by him and mods.

I have personally received several offers from some forum users to write posts for me in exchange for compensation, but it never occurred to me to accept something like that.
What? Does this really happen???  Shocked

I'm sure it does, though I've never gotten an offer like that.  What I'm wondering is whether the idiots making the offers have some actual writing skills or are just low-rent shitposters who can't get into campaigns themselves and want a percentage of someone else's earnings.  Any scam or shady idea you can think of has been thought up already by some desperate moron with dollar signs in his eyes and who sees bitcointalk as a corporation that hires people for advertising.  Sad but true.

All that aside, I'm curious to see if OP gets his ban reversed.  It's been a long time, but usually permabans really are permanent.

Is it at least possible to get a reply from global mod or admin regarding ban appeal.

A response to your old appeal thread by a global mod https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.48417891

I read his response and it shows that op has a very slim chance, btw, this is a very long case right from 2018 which is almost 6 years now if there were any chance of getting back his account admin could had unbanned the account.  However, I suggest op should lock this topic and continue with the main topic as above user already suggested.

There are really clueless people... and others even worse, who accept this type of agreement. It's just that in the end everyone loses: those who offer themselves for this service and those who accept.

It happened (at least it used to be the case), because apparently some people saw an opportunity in it, because as beginners/low ranks they couldn't get involved in sig campaigns, so they offered such services. I considered it absurd because if you only have one account and your goal is to be on the forum, why would you pay someone to write posts for you?

On the other hand, this kind of service made sense for those who worked with alts in several sig campaigns, because that way they would earn something and still save a lot of time. But as we can see, such things are not a very smart move.

Thank you, I found the second chance thread while scrolling through meta section but thanks anyways Smiley
I will really appreciate if admins and mods give me a second chance to correct my mistake.

According to the rules, you can not post outside your appeal thread. Here is my suggestion, while you wait for the mods and admins to maybe give you a second chance, if the information you want to share is very critical, you can ask one of the reputable members to update the thread for you.

I just want to bump that scam accusation thread where the primedice staff ignored my case until it came to light on this forum. They didn't reply to my emails for months to years.

This thread was created since May 14, 2019, 07:40:09 PM and this 2024 well Op there is a second chance thread for this now and you can check here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63309635 to see if you can make use of it to fast track your request. If you were following up the forum activities by now your account would have unlocked or unbanned. But it is not too late, you can follow the instructions on the link SatoPrincess and I have dropped so they will look into the ban and unbanned it for you. The ban has been long so I don't think there will be any punishment again, mostly signature ban but that should be decided by the mod in charge.

Hello Forum, Can Mods please review my case again to unban me? Please, I will accept any punishment for my mistake, and I will not repeat the mistake of hiring someone to write for you again. I really miss the forum where I could spend time opening my lending service again and getting to know how old friends are doing.

I’m not familiar with the details of your case as it was a long time before I joined the forum. The good thing about your case is that you have a reputation on the forum and I believe that counts for something. Users with little or no reputation have been given a second chance in the past year so you definitely have a chance. You could try visiting this thread: Second chances

I also think it would help if you could add some positive things you have done for the community in your appeal thread as Theymos  recommended:

If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.

Can I post in my scam accusation or I can't post outside meta board "Is there any leniency regarding the rules"
You’re not allowed to post outside your ban appeal thread.

Imgur images do not work anymore on the forum, that’s why the images on your thread looks broken. LoyceV can help you fix that.

Hello "ThePharmacist" and "LoyceV".  Smiley

I am here regarding the SCAM accusation I posted about Primedice.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/primedice-targeting-old-vip-users-autobet-bug-not-resolved-yet-2526260

Recently, I tried to log into my account (After years), but it's giving me an error 'Invalid credentials' seems they got rid of my account
User: Wyane
I wagered over 100BTC and it seems they got rid of my account, which I think happened because of our Clash on the scam accusation thread where they didn't apologize for the mistake that happened from their side, nor did they compensate for my loss

I was contacted by Edward from Primedice, who was paying me 0.01 instead of 0.29 - 0.3 BTC (I don't remember the exact amount) to remove the Scam accusation against them.

I don't think this is resolved yet. They just avoid the situation which is out of their control.
They can say sorry that this happened in public and compensate for it. But instead, they mislead & ignore.

That is the tactic of most large businesses that are dealing with a large number of common folks. They'll avoid and avoid till the last moment to try and get away with whatever they have screwed up. Out of sight, out of mind. I think that's exactly what's going to happen to this situation as well. Most probably, this issue will be ignored to the point where no one would care anymore. (except OP maybe).

Can I post in my scam accusation or I can't post outside meta board "Is there any leniency regarding the rules"

Alt_robo, I just read your previous thread (you didn't really need to open a new one), and you actually got a few answers there from global mod (he use his alt account hilariousetc).

Outsourcing posts now?  Roll Eyes Another one for the bingo card. Blows my mind how lazy people can get here. All you have to do to earn a fairly decent amount of money here is make some posts but apparently even that is too difficult for a lot of people. Regardless, it doesn't matter who did the plagiarism or who you're trying to blame it on as the matter of the fact is that account was caught copying content. You should have taken better care of the account and certainly not trusted some random person to make posts for you but you've paid the ultimate penalty for that. If we were going to give you a pass because you claim someone else made those posts for you then everybody would use that excuse but it's certainly not one we're going to accept.

I see you claim that plagiarized posts have come from another user who is writing posts for you, but it will hardly be a good excuse that mod/admin gives you new chance. We know that one user who gets perma-ban is claimed that he bought his account after plagiarism has been committed, and admin intervened and remove the ban. In your case, it was really thoughtless that someone else wrote you posts without you checking them out before posting.

I have personally received several offers from some forum users to write posts for me in exchange for compensation, but it never occurred to me to accept something like that.

I totally understand what you mean and I'm glad that you didn't accept their offer, I just wish I had that sense at the time.

Also, Please have a look at this. **This was made after hilarious's reply
.
If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.

Also, As I said before I never intended to spam and admitted that it was solely mistaken on my side but it's up to the forum's admin to decide if this mistake is forgivable or not.
And all I'm asking for is a reply from admin or global moderator

I feel sorry for you, however, you do realise that, when banned, you're only allowed to make 1 thread discussing your ban. As soon as you post outside this 1 thread (or make a second thread), you're evading your ban.

Offcourse, this is a grey area, since both threads are created for the sole purpose of appealing your ban... However, strictly speaking, at this moment you're breaking the rules...

Don't be sorry it's not your fault but thank you for your concern, Posting outside meta is considered ban evasion.

Wouldn't it be better to close this thread and bump your original appeal?

I'd just like to say to any mods who might read this that Roboabhishek has earned my respect as a good member of the forum, and I believe I've done deals with him in the past that went smoothly (not that that counts for much as far as a ban appeal goes).  When he got banned I was actually shocked and a bit crestfallen when I read about it.

There are tons of ban appeal threads in Meta right now, and most of them are being written by members who've done nothing for the forum or for anyone but themselves in the form of bounty hunting.  Roboabhishek is actually a decent member, and in my humble opinion I think he ought to be given a second chance, even if it means he wouldn't be allowed to wear a signature for however long.

It might do the forum some good to have him back, and I think he's probably learned his lesson by now and won't repeat the behavior that got him banned in the first place.

Thank you, Pharma for the effort you've put for me.

I'm sure if I get unbanned then behaviour such as this will not be repeated from my side I've said that before and I'm saying it again.
As I've said in past even if it means to lose my signature forever or temporary depending on the judgement of higher authorities of the forum in order to come back to the community.

Since my account got banned I was looking through different posts on the forum in Lending section, Marketplace, and Meta but unable to post & making trades.

I'm clear that I made a massive mistake on my side due to which my account got banned, and I do regret it, Ban of my account had an enormous toll on my business.
In terms of unable to profit from lending service (which was going very well tbh) & off forum deals which were Bitcointalk trust based.

-I've held many On & Off forum deals & never had any ill intent to scam anyone.
-Got rid of scammers who defaulted on the loans which were of no collateral thus preventing them from pulling a big scam on someone else.

As I've previously said if it's possible I would like to be back on the forum.
And I'll accept whatever penalty is imposed on me since the act I committed was utterly unethical.

If I remain banned and insured that the ban won't be lifted, Then I'll leave and will not look back.
But if I get unbanned, then I can ensure that mistake such as this will never be committed from my side.
