What's with the dots? That's not how the ban appeal email address looks like. If you sent it to that exact address, it's not going to work. I remember seeing screenshots like this one, where the email address is made up of different strings of letters and numbers. Make sure you copy the correct email when sending that email and try again.

An email address is usually included in a ban message. Send a mail to it, with your reasons why you should be unbanned.

Yes you are right, there is an email included but when I try to send an email I receive an invalid recipient message. (*Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.*)

this is the email:   [email protected]

What can make your account to be unbanned is when people here agree and oppose the ban,
Public support can help, but it's not enough to get a user unbanned, the mods have to have a clear reason before lifting a ban, such as;
• If a mistake was made, a user could have copied their own post on another website, which doesn't count as plagiarism
• The user is a net positive to the forum and probably did not break the rules for personal gain (was not on a bounty or signature), here a signature ban for a while could be issued.

How do I get in touch with moderators?  Huh

What can make your account to be unbanned is when people here agree and oppose the ban, with that the moderators will be able to see if to unban your account, but in all cases of permanent ban I have seen on this forum, the moderators have genuine reasons for banning accounts. Most of the reason is spamming, copy and paste of other users posts without quoting it and plagiarizing other materials generally.

Info belongs to tennisform ticker so fox sports plagiarised. I shared a lot from ticker so I guess it would be silly to cite the source every single time.
Guys I don't want to argue with you, just want mods or whoever is in charge to come up with a verdict.

If you regularly used this source for posts that you filled your subscription quota with, even as the owner of that site, you should have added the link regularly.
If the moderator does not answer you in this thread, then he does not consider it possible to cancel your ban. In any case, do not be very annoying, your appeal is visible to everyone, and if necessary, you will be answered.

That's what I stated above. I shared info from tennisform ticker just to help those bettors/punters. So maybe someone should ban foxsports by that logic? Correct me if wrong?

p.s. how this works (mean this ban appeal thread), I need to wait moderators (will respond here or via e-mail). Or is it case closed?
why? they are not the ones who plagiarised. it is your responsibility to cite the source of your information. a lot of members have been banned because of plagiarism and the majority of them weren't able to get their ban lifted.

Unfortunately, it is indeed required for you to cite those resources as failure to do so implies that you are causing it to appear that you made those statements. Even if you shared lots of information and texts from ticker, failure to cite sources or to at least acknowledge that you got it from their site is against forum rules.

There are several cases here in the forum who has the exact case as yours and most of them did not get their bans lifted.

That account was reported there (check the case with id 230) and it was banned 771 days ago, according to BPIP's Archive

The most likely reason is plagiarism and if it is the cause, your chance is very low.

It is plagiarism. In the first page of your post history, I see this one and Google search confirms you copied and pasted it. No source link. Worse, there are more similar posts in the first page.

You case is closed. Permanent ban, the ban appeal is failed. I'm sorry.

De Minaur was unimpressed at his schedule - having played two matches on Saturday, he will be on court on Monday also: "What is more annoying is me having to play Monday at the Australian Open and not getting helped out as a fellow Aussie at your home slam. I think they are punishing Aussies for playing deep in their home tournaments and I think that's not what they should be doing ... They came out with the schedule before they even saw the halves or saw who was in the final in the weeks prior. I think that is pretty poor."

It is 100% legit, verified, my personal account. To be honest, I got banned because I shared information from Tennisform Ticker - Match reports, Player Quotes and Injury News, I thought it was a good thing to do (mainly helped those betting on tennis).
OK, I'm not straight-out accusing you of buying the account.  Stuff like that just raises red flags in my head when I see them, because I've seen stuff like that so many times with purchased accounts.

You might have plagiarized something only once, but that's all it takes on this forum.  That said, I'm not a moderator, nor has one posted here yet.  Just my opinion, if you only did it once and it was a long time ago--and you realize what you did wrong--I'd vote to give you a second chance (though it doesn't seem like you're contributing much to the forum except short, low-value posts).  But only the mods or Theymos can tell you what your chances are.  Good luck.

Did you buy that account?  It was registered in 2015, but I can only see posts from 2017 on--plus all the posts I can see are generic shitposts obviously written for a bounty or signature campaign.  I'm assuming you were banned for plagiarism?

If so, your chances are essentially zero for getting your account back.  Only members who are highly valued by the community ever get back their accounts if they've committed plagiarism, and that isn't the case with you.  Or did you get banned for something else?

Tennisform ticker has a very expensive subscription so I believed I was doing a favor to other members but someone reported me. And YES I admit it, I was wrong 100% back in the days but want to check if I can recover that account?

Hi everyone, as suggested I created this topic in order to appeal for a ban. So I politely ask moderators to check: username:   Tavarez
