Will Bata be listed on bittrex again?

Good BATA 

I still believe Bata will be a front runner. Most coins are only a copy of a copy, with no own development. Bata is more than that. For me the only thing is that the don't have a good marketing departement. But that's for later... They are doing good by making a solid base and that takes time. Sometimes you think you can finish something by the end of the month, but it will almost always takes longer.... a lot longer.... The price to buy now is amazing and if it will reach ATH or above, you will be a very happy person.

Sucks about the delistment from bittrex but you're not alone I expect half of the ICO tokens to be heading down that path as well very soon. They've already been freezing random account which has pissed a lot of people off because they have thousands on there; but it's not surprising its come to this I expected it a long time ago tbh. The days of free market crypto are coming to an end imo soon the SEC and US Government will be intervening on centralized exchanges and they will either be declared illegal like binary options were for awhile until the US decides to open the only backed exchange or they will be severally regulated as the stock market which to me that spells trouble for crypto overall. I pulled my coins from bittrex already and moved to a decentralized exchange. I would advise the bata dev team to focus on getting listed at a few like openledger or cryptobridge maybe bitsquare as well just to be on the safe side.  

ok, but bittrex has still not declared it and the deadline is over!!!?? 

Giving time to people withdraw coins maybe?

so thats why bittrex still list bata but the market is disabled

Bata has been traded on Bittrex since 11/20/2015.

October 3rd 2017 - a market deletion notice appeared on the Bittrex exchange for the Bata market.

Bittrex asked Bata development to explain the shares concept - referring to a testing announcement Profit Shares. Explanation was provided directly to Bittrex contacts.

Bittrex asked why Profit Shares was not considered as a security. Then proceeded to ask for a lawyer's memo.  Bittrex requested that a US Attorney was required to issue the Memorandum.

It was made clear to Bittrex that Profit Shares is an independent project from BATA. Profit Shares is not a token. It's a private crowd-funding platform.

We advised Bittrex that V1 Profit Share is not part of Bata cryptocurrency development project. This made no difference as then they proceeded to ask for a legal analysis on Bata, including clear details on how it will remain separate and independent from the Profit Shares Platform.

We advised Bittrex that if the Bata developers paid for a security analysis on Profit Shares then the Bata project would no longer be separate, but a vested or interested party. Bata is separate from Profit Shares Platform and shall remain a separate project.

After discussing with the Bata Dev team, various lawyers in Australia who also had offices in the USA, were contacted. The estimated legal expenses to initiate the process to satisfy Bittrex demands were not feasible, and there was no certainty that a positive and timely resolution would be possible.  The Bata development team along with the Bata community's support have decided that development funds would be invested in strengthening the Bata development project.

Bata is a decentralised open source cryptocurrency project.  Bata development is made up of a small  team. No development funds were ever acquired, or requested. The members of the development team provide their own time and own funds for development.

Profit Shares Platform is a closed source project under development by Biznatch Enterprises.

Please withdraw all your BTA to an official wallet or other exchange/s as previously advised.

Because people don't think about what to buy. There is a saying - how do you call a boat so it will float. but apparently not everyone knows it 

Why is this crypto still not deleted from bittrex?   

Always liked the idea of this coin and it's sad when these coins with initial big money come in then slowly tank, losing everyone involved money. Bittrex should know that that's not what cryptocurrency is about.   Show some loyalty to old coins, please.

Bittrex delisting is already decided. Bata the hype master uber hype nodes statoshi fata morgana coin is dead not this week but already for 2 years.

Only ones remaining dev and his hype accounts selling there coins to newbie traders
