There are a lot of issues with the exchange. I do not know if its negligence from the developers or the exchange is not fully functional and is being brought up without doing the proper testing. Whatever is the case, this will not help BBOD and people will lose the trust over the exchange. Once the trust is lost then people will not deposit their funds and hence this will be another risky low volume exchange.

People have been loosing their trust since the exchange sites have already started to operate.
The only exchange site that was giving requirements to the users to deposite some amounts to open the more features.
I do not think this is a sign of scam. Scammer does not develop an exchange which is half functioning.
I think we should give some more time to BBOD exchange developers to make a fault free exchange. It will be better if they can start a bug bounty so that they know and can fix bugs quickly.

New day - new problem.
Now I cant login to my account (hope this is not because I've made a withdrawal recently). I'm login-in with some "NiN" user name with blank transfer/trade/login/etc history.
Just remembered one thing - I've transferred 0.002 ETH to unlock deposit option, and after that deposited 460 BBD.
I 100% remember that on my balance tad I had 460 BBD and 0.002 ETH. When I've sold my 460 BBD to TUSD, my balance turned "some amount it TUSD" and 0.0000 ETH.
Due to some kind of glitch I've withdrawn 3 times more than I've traded, I'm not going to write a support ticket about that 0.002 ETH. (or would do that, if conscience wont let me sleep well)

Yes, the amount of 0.002 ETH was transferred from same ETH address that is bond as a "wallet" on exchange, same address from which BBD tokens were deposited and were I've withdrawn my funds later.

A little bit unusual exchange for me. You can simply withdraw your funds. You have to wait for a daily settlement (happens 00:00 UTC) and only after that you can do a withdraw. "Trade today, withdraw only tomorrow" 
I guess that has already implemented by the team to let the liquidity of BBOD to go out from the exchange site. This is the same as when you can deposit when only you pay some fees to make it available. I would like to call this as a fully controlled exchange site that doesn't give freedom to the users.
I think if this exchange does not change, this is just a normal exchange and investors will be at risk at any time. Personally, I will wait for the latest announcements from this exchange and hope everything works again soon.

Another unusual thing with BBOD exchange.
I've got 460 BBD tokens for participating in bounty. Sold them on Friday
Received 3,5 TUSD + 18,45 TUSD.
Dont know what happened but my Deposit section looks like this:
Looks like some kind of a bug. January 4 and 5 my balance was increased with "amount BBD sold to TUSD on Friday minus some kind of commission".
Roughly on Sunday I had about 65 TUSD, which I've traded for ETH and made a 0.46 ETH withdrawal yesterday:
To sum up:
BBOD was traded for 0.0003 ETH on January 3, but in the end the price turns to be 0.001. Dont understand how my trade turned that way.

Maintenance is the normal part of the process and even the big exchange put their sites in maintenance mode and stop the trading during that time.
What damage has been done after the latest update ?
I will not say anything to you, to many have reviewed it here
But you should try to register, deposit, trade and withdraw.
After trying a few days trade, you will know how unique this exchange
