We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by our customer service team locked the account before the settlement of your sports bets. We have reactivated the withdrawal permissions on your account. You are now able to proceed directly with the withdrawal of all your funds, including the winnings from your settled sports bets. Should you encounter any further issues or require assistance with your withdrawal, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
Great job BC.game and all casinos should follow. You entered the thread, explained the problem and then made the proper decision. A tad longer than two weeks but not bad. All should try to get things done within two weeks.

Even when a casino rules against the player, a ruling should be made in two weeks.

That's great to hear, now we would like to hear of OP's side and updates if he really can do the things mentioned by Bc.game support, if so, please update the topic's title/subject as [Solved].

Bc.Game Support should clarify this after saying your account's balance is zero yet your account was unblocked with current bets on other games thus it becomes zero, i assume this is a misunderstanding from their support. What's the purpose of unblocking an account if at the end of the day the amount cannot be withdrawn.

We understand your concern and appreciate your patience as we address the situation regarding your BC.Game account. After communicating with our third-party KYC provider, we were informed: Users may be listed on the KYC blacklist due to the detection of certain criminal activities by the KYC system, as well as having a history of unfavorable verification records on the KYC system.

Given this, unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with any request related to your account. Additionally, it appears that the balance of your account is currently zero, and in compliance with our security policies and the advice from our KYC provider, we have had to lock the account.

Please understand that we take these steps to ensure the safety and integrity of our gaming environment for all users. Thank you for your understanding and patience throughout this process.

I took a look at the OP’s bets. He’s making pre-game bets on major football leagues. There’s no reason to multi-account. What caused the red flag to ask for KYC? I don’t know if you are using Veriff as a third party but they are pretty good with identity but this criminal behavior claim doesn’t seem to hold any validity. There’s no money laundering going on for this amount. If he did something at another book it doesn’t carry over to your book. Player should be paid from my point of view unless I’m missing something. This seems to be an overreach by Veriff or another third party being used.

I myself cannot understand the reasons for the blocking. and the assumption of my criminal activity sounds ridiculous. I haven't been able to access my money for over a month. this all looks suspicious and like a scam

Funny that here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63940014 he writes his KYC has been approved but obviously in this thread there's a different story.

" I've been verified" -> no you are not, it was processing.  Roll Eyes

Do you consider it an offense to say that I have been verified and complained about a casino while the support agents of that casino do not help? As holydarkness said, I also think this is common. If you have submitted the documents and did not check the status and cannot withdraw, you will be shocked that you have provided them the documents but they do not allow you to withdraw. It is possible that he did not understand at first but later noticed the KYC was denied. I don't think it's an offense.

I always wonder why people always come to this forum to complain. Since when is this the number 1 go to spot to complain about casinos? For this reason I am convinced this is not OP's first account here.
Do you consider this an offense as well? If a casino player gets the resolution from a particular forum or service, they will go there. You do not have the stats for other services like AskGambler or other mediator services. So, should not know which one is the number one go-to spot to complain about casinos. This cannot be a logic to accuse of having multiple accounts.

I just stated this because in the recent weeks we had several complaints/scam accusations by always the same person disguised by different bitcointalk accounts. This person also had countless BC accounts which is a violation of the TOS of the site.
Not saying OP is one of them of course but there is always a suspicion when it comes to these accusations because to be honest the sites mostly have a good reason to deny the service to the person which has the problem, the past has shown that.

OP here twice claims he is verified while he isn't. Once in BC's ANN thread and now here. It's not that hard to see if you are verified.

keep your assumptions to yourself and remain silent about several accounts, I can also assume a lot of things about you, but I will remain silent without evidence. My speculation about the verification process was based on this screenshot

Remain silent he says, haha. That already tells me a lot about you. You should learn to read maybe, BC asked you to PM your account number, also your screenshot you can't read as well so it seems.

Well I am eager to know when you did, I bet just another multi account clown that comes straight to our forum to whine, just like in the past months. Same old. Wouldn't be surprised if you are just another alt of our friend ghostingura2 aka SimpleMachin34 aka twentyon3x aka Joana226. Same rudeness for sure and also aware how our forum works, so no newbie.

No, the bets are not losing, I have screenshots of the bets. but I have already provided a lot of proofs and still have not gained access to my money, I can conclude that the office is stealing money, and they also accuse me

So you're winning, and suddenly everything went to 0 despite the actual accumulated balance? Perhaps it'll be easier to understand if you can provide those screenshots; it'll be very much appreciated. I might be able to reach to someone from BC and see if they can take a look at it for better understanding what happened from their end.

I don't think I understand. Earlier, you said that you can't place bets or withdraw, those activities are blocked for you from the moment you deposited. And now you said that those balance are zero because you placed bets?

Or do I actually understand it correctly? They give you a temporary access to your account, you placed bets to fulfill the wager requirement, you lost those bets, and ultimately your balance is zero?

[...]
I made a couple of bets on this bookmaker, and now I can’t place bets or withdraw: [image snip]

On April 3 I registered, made a deposit and from that moment I cannot place bets and get my money back

they unblocked the account, but in order for me to be able to withdraw, I need to complete the wager, I placed bets to complete the wager, then they blocked the account because the balance was zero

But you lost those bets? Hence the balance is zero? Because when, or even before you can meet the wagering requirement, you lose them all? And after that, after the balance reached zero, they re-block your account?

the balance is zero because there are bets made to complete the wager, I placed bets because this is your rule, and now you are telling me that the balance is zero? Bets haven't been calculated yet! I believe that this is another ridiculous excuse for stealing my money, I did not commit any criminal activity, and your service itself cannot confidently answer this, then you said that the balance is zero, but it is zero because bets were placed to complete the wager

Hello, I was busy and couldn’t answer earlier, I don’t understand what kind of answer this is? in what criminal activity?

Given OP's account initially have ETH 0.24 and now it is empty, I understand that OP got his account temporarily opened to allow him to withdraw the rest of his fund since you refused to let him play any longer on your platform? And this should be happened after 17th April, after OP made this post. I wonder why OP doesn't even bother to update us with the situation.

Ok. Thanks for coming up with an update.
But, after reading the bold part, it seems you are unsure about that. Maybe the user is involved in criminal activity, or maybe not. When you use the world maybe, that makes it confusing. I am not sure what to say, but I will wait for others to express their opinion about it. If you ask me personally, I am not satisfied with the answer. It's just an average response where the casino did not explain anything but they wrote something which maybe possible, maybe not.

I believe that's BC's polite way to say OP is the bad actor here and he has bad history with KYC. Given BC decided to grant OP a temporary access to his account and fund, so his situation can get resolved, I think they no longer think it's necessary to "criminalize" OP any further, thus soften the blow with nice words.

Buddy relax  it might be his english not good .  you are wearing BCGAME Signature so its obvious you will attack the other part of this issue  . relax and be respectful no need to act like a kid  you are not helping the BC Game at all by behaving like a child .
lets wait for the  real respresentative   update .

to the OP   did you place bets just on sports ? or you did play other games ?   maybe you raised  some red flags if you directly deposited and placed bets in some suspecious competitions then you directly tried to withdraw .

i use BC since a few years and i never being asked to verify my account .
sometimes i deposit /withdraw  more than your amount without a verification so i guess you triggered some risk  in there .

BC.Game Support, have you get to the bottom of OP's case and managed to have a comprehensive info of what happened? OP was inactive for a week, so we can't get it from him whether his KYC is unlocked and he can re-verify or it'll be locked for good and he got banned.

I'll appreciate an update so I can reflect it on my list.

I don’t know what else to assume, but for two weeks I can’t get an answer from them, this is a very bad attitude towards the client. They took my money and don't answer

Just wait a little more as holydarkness said.
If you are confident that you do not have multiple accounts if you are not from a restricted region if you haven't abused their bonus system, just wait patiently and their support agent should come back to the forum with an update. We have previous experience that players do not tell the whole story. They always come up with their side of story only and the casino support come up with their side of story as well where we can see that the player violated the rules. If you haven't done anything like that, you should be okay.

BC.Game Support has asked for your UID, you've provided it, and I've personally get in touch with my contact on BC as well, relaying that info. I am quite sure BC's representative is currently combing through interdepartment and gathering details for the nature of your case. I would ask you to kindly give a couple of more days while they get things done.

If you have not done anything wrong or violate any of their ToS, you can rest assured that they will unblock your account [and the KYC] and return your money.
