Thanks, I just saw it and finally managed to withdraw! I really appreciate your help.

That said, even though the issue with the money is resolved, I’m still very disappointed with BC and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
glad your case is finally resolved and are finally able to withdraw your funds from the casino with the help of holydarkness(the guy is heaven-sent when it comes to cases like this).

since the case is resolved, if you have time, it would be good to edit the thread title with "resolved".

Yes, I will have to agree that it's a relatively simple check that probably took less than an hour. However, kindly bear in mind that you are not the only one submitting complaint and have issues with them. You stand with other hundreds of user, that they have to handle too. There is a quite big chance that your case went to the middle pile of other case [hopefully they adopt first-come-first-serve system] that I'll hope I can get my contact to move it to the top pile.

Though I said that I'll nudge my contact yesterday, I haven't done it, as it was a weekend, and I decided last second that I would like to give them some privacy, given my means of communication is their personal contact. I'll escalate it today with other cases I have in hand.

Edit: OP, heard back from them. Kindly check your account, it should now be unlocked and you can withdraw and use their other features normally

I understand your perspective, and I agree that even if they're dealing with account checks from 2-3 weeks ago, it's still a significant issue. Locking an account and then taking weeks to verify whether there’s actually a problem is a huge disservice to the users.

Regarding this, again, AFAIK, many big casinos [BC included] use a third party to do KYC verification. As such, the speed of verification is completely at the hand of that third party.

anyway, thanks for pushing the case and using your contacts to help out. Hopefully, this will speed things up and get it sorted quicker.

And for this... I think you misunderstood my last post wrongly? Especially the "edit" part? After some talk with my contact, they told me that your account has been restored and you can withdraw as normal. Or were you saying you're still locked out? Kindly tell me if you still are, I'll promptly inform my contact.

I see your point, but I still can’t justify how they take such an absurdly long time to check something as straightforward as verifying if someone is multi accounting. It should be easy to detect and provide evidence if it’s true. I’m 100% confident I’ve done nothing wrong, and that makes this even more frustrating. it tilts me because I know they’ve got nothing.

And why am I banned from betting in the meantime? Just because I won €10k on  parlays? I can even show you the games, it was all on parlays on big markets, i could play everywhere and im an idiot i choose a crypto site thinking i dont have to give documents and was faster and easier to bet with crypto.
Mistake i should not do again

As I explained here, that you might misunderstood,it's not an instant process in sense that once you passed the KYC process they can instantly tell you what's the problem and unlocked your account.

Instead, once you've done the KYC, they can begin to investigate what is wrong with your account.

Do I understand that it only passed KYC today [thus they probably doesn't have time yet to look into your account]? Or was it done yesterday or perhaps on 7th?

It's been two days since my KYC verification, and I'm still wondering why they even required it...just because I won 10k? Why don't they ask for it from losing players? I'm 100% confident there's no wrongdoing on my part. no multi-accounting, no involvement of another person, and no exploiting bugs or anything shady. I'd never do that. Yet, here I am, with my funds locked for three weeks and no resolution or clear communication.

Even when they eventually unlock my account and claim everything is fine, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. It’s not how a reputable company should operate. I've never experienced anything like this with any legitimate site.

Well, as AHOY said above, it's a pretty common practice shared amongst casino. However, if I may focus more on the "why", I think it's a safety precaution.

Try to see from neutral perspective here, suppose you're someone with malicious intent, a multi-acc abuser for example, will you be willing to perform KYC suppose the casino get to the bottom of your situation and confirmed their suspicion first? Like, "Hi, we found that you have three accounts, it's beyond reasonable doubt, we've send the proof to an ADR as per your request, who ruled in favor to us and agreed with our findings. Would you now please do a KYC so we can block you next time you attempted to open other account?"

I hope that helps to give a short and simple POV why casinos usually require KYC prior to deeper investigation.

As for two days, let me nudge my contact.

Well that's actually common practice. These checks, or whatever they call it, are often dragged to last forever, no clue why they do this. In some cases we saw here it took weeks and months, not only with BC but also with many other sites.
If you did nothing wrong you don't have to worry, in the end you will get paid. I know it's annoying to wait but unfortunately that's really common.
Been trough similar stuff myself and I know how bad it is, especially when you know there is literally nothing to investigate. You get worried and think they try to screw you over. I also got my money in the end and all the feeling bad was for nothing. But until I was paid I had a terrible time as well.

I get what you're saying, but of course, I feel bad. it's my money that's blocked for no reason. I was planning to buy back BTC before the Trump election, and now I can't because my funds are stuck without explanation. It’s frustrating when they act like the money isn’t even mine.

I can understand your frustration. But, to be fair, AFAIK, BC uses a third party verification, much like other casinos. So the speed of the process of verifying it will completely dependant to the third party and not BC. Though if by weekend we're still to hear from them, I'll poke someone from BC, see if they can perhaps push some nerve of Veriff staff with hope to get a priority on verifying your identity.

All in all, yes, this is now back to waiting game. I am asking you to be a bit patience and rest assured that I'll give my best to see to the bottom of your case.

Okey verification is done and accepted. and yet money blocked and no answer from BC Game...

It's absolutely crazy that, even after two weeks, they still haven't provided any explanation for freezing my funds.

I’ve just completed the advanced KYC process they requested, so now it’s a waiting game. Let’s see how long it takes for them to process it...

waited 1 week with 10k blocked cause they wanted more documents of the ones they already asked, it's crazy. even why? It’s insane. I haven’t done anything unusual, just happened to win three bets lol

OP, unfortunately, you'll have to complete your KYC before they can get into the bottom of your case. It slipped from my mind for a moment that it is quite a standard procedure shared amongst many casinos, that they'll need KYC [of which the players agreed may be imposed upon them at any given time] before they can see what's wrong.

I can see that you've submitted your docs. Can you inform me if all of it successfully verified and you passed their KYC? Or is there one or two documents that you think should be accepted and they deemed not. In other word, is there any problem with your ongoing KYC check?

OP, I understand that you valued your privacy. However, unfortunately, to get my contact to look into your case, I will need to know your UID and your username that will be used to help BC staff zeroing into your complaint [amongst hundreds that arrive into their desk] and get to the bottom of it.

Do you mind to PM me that two information?

Sure i will dm you now. thanks

I confirm that I've get these info. I'll try to reach my contact on BC and see if they can take this to their plate and give us an insight about your situation. For the time being, there is nothing that you can do but wait [unless they're reaching to you and some things are in motion from your side].

I'll try to see if my contact can expedite things and get to the bottom of your situation soonest possible.

Thank you for confirming!  I’ll keep an eye on any updates, and I’ll let you know if they reach out to me directly in the meantime. Thank you again for your help with this

would you mind sharing screenshots of your evidence(i.e. conversation with their support etc..) just to support your claims?

regarding cryptocurrency, while it can provide privacy it doesn't guarantee that you'll have it especially when you are using a centralized platform. also, crypto casinos nowadays are following regulations from their licensor or where they are based and it usually includes KYC.

if you haven't gotten a reply from them they are probably still verifying your information or are investigating something. I'm sure they'll contact you again once they are done with what they are doing.

It’s strange, isn’t it? When they needed to fix a deposit issue, they replied in five minutes, but for $10k locked, they suddenly need weeks.

https://ibb.co/HKPZHQC

I think what acroman meant is showing pictures of what happened exactly, not just your reply to them. Better show a picture of their full email when they requested all these things, maybe a picture of the declined withdrawal and so on. It's very hard to understand the full situation without getting the full picture you know.
I think @holydarkness will be happy to assist you with his contact to BC if you can provide some more information.
