would you mind sharing screenshots of your evidence(i.e. conversation with their support etc..) just to support your claims?

regarding cryptocurrency, while it can provide privacy it doesn't guarantee that you'll have it especially when you are using a centralized platform. also, crypto casinos nowadays are following regulations from their licensor or where they are based and it usually includes KYC.

if you haven't gotten a reply from them they are probably still verifying your information or are investigating something. I'm sure they'll contact you again once they are done with what they are doing.

It’s strange, isn’t it? When they needed to fix a deposit issue, they replied in five minutes, but for $10k locked, they suddenly need weeks.

I think what acroman meant is showing pictures of what happened exactly, not just your reply to them. Better show a picture of their full email when they requested all these things, maybe a picture of the declined withdrawal and so on. It's very hard to understand the full situation without getting the full picture you know.
I think @holydarkness will be happy to assist you with his contact to BC if you can provide some more information.

About a month ago, I decided to give BC.Game a try. I deposited twice, started placing some bets, and eventually hit a few multiples. My balance grew to $16100 by October 28. Since I didn’t need the full amount, I withdrew $6100 the same day, which was processed quickly.

Later that day, though, things changed. When I tried to place a bet, I found my account was restricted, with a max bet limit of just $1. Frustrated, I tried to withdraw the rest of my balance, only to have it blocked. When I contacted support, they asked for very personal information, like my IP address where i log from, proof of the wallet I used and ownership, verification of my deposits transaction and much more.

It’s frustrating since I chose BC.Game for the privacy crypto offers. If I wanted to share personal details, I could have just used a platform like Bet365 with better odds. I sent everything they requested but still haven’t heard back or regained access to my funds.

Now, I’m starting to worry they’re just trying to keep my money. Has anyone else experienced something similar? How did it turn out?
