USD fiat disappeared from my account, they waited 5 days to credit me again with fiat but in EUR (they gave me a bonus code). They asked for verification before withdrawal, I agreed to go through it, no problems. I live in the European Union with an ID card (it is marked “residence permit”, since I do not have citizenship in the country in which I was born, this is normal for Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia). In fact, they refused to accept my ID card, citing that it was just a “residence permit.” I have already written many times in this thread about the “residence permit”; in the Baltic states this is normal.
Many days passed, we are all human, I didn’t play for about a week, I waited. I wanted to close all games for real money so as not to play (I had a desire to lose everything because of the delay situation or to win more, which is logical). Support provided a link to self-exclude, from a month or more, and you can only close the entire account without the ability to log into it and you will not be able to withdraw funds in the future! And this link comes exactly 24 hours later to your mailbox, nonsense! In normal casinos, the ban can be activated immediately, without waiting 24 hours! I sent them a screenshot from a local casino, which has dozens of times fewer players and there are a lot of options for blocking your account and they work instantly, just follow the link in the letter (the letter arrives immediately, not after 24 hours). I couldn’t resist and started playing, I lost everything, I don’t blame RTP, there’s no question about it.
But how many days did they delay with the disappeared of funds in the account and did not want to accept my identity card (ID card). This is the worst casino I've seen in recent times (popular crypto casinos where I played for the first time). Draw your own conclusions, the casino is not worthy of your attention, they do everything to make you lose everything. I won't be following this thread anymore. To clarify this, you asked for self-exclusion through live support? Not by applying yourself from their
self-exclusion page? And that 24 hours "delay" was not the cool-down period? They're simply a delay, a gap of inaction, where you can still fully access your account and made bet?
Do you mind showing us the message that shows you can't withdraw anything in the future?
