You got that wrong, there were no bets for April first. He just made the initial bet on April 1st for a game that started one week later.
Something else you got wrong, the initial bet didn’t get voided, even though support confirmed it would be. They just graded it as a loss once the delayed game finally took place.
Anyway, since I am German I can confirm that support stated that the event has been cancelled and the bet should be updated shortly.

According to the TOS this is a clear void and I think when we forward this to somebody in charge it can be updated and voided, as it should have been in the first place.
Unfortunately live support often is no help at all, that’s one thing BC really has to improve!!

I agree that pictures in a higher resolution will be a much help to better understand the context of your situation. If you can provide those, that'll be super. Better yet, use talkimg. I'll say don't worry much about the text being in German, I am somewhat sure I can get a way around that.

Now, based from the current narrative, do I understand that your situation was your bets on 7th April [14:00] that's moved to 8th [19:00] got cancelled? If I may guess, it's cancelled due to the rule to void all bets if a game was postponed for more than 12 hours, whereas yours was 29 hours:


As for your bets on 1st April, were they also postponed or having some issues? Or are they running as scheduled?

Could you please upload the pictures in a slightly higher resolution? You can barely make out the content. Also, the chat message is in German if I see it correctly? I guess only a few posters here in the BC.Games thread can read/understand that.

Nevertheless: If the support assures you that the game will be canceled if it is postponed, then this should actually be the case. Have you asked support about this again? Perhaps the cancellation was not carried out due to a technical error or something similar?

I have always been very satisfied with BC.Game.
Great selection on sports bet, quick evaluation of bets, fast payout.

But now, unfortunately, I have a problem and the support doesn't admit the mistake.

On 1st April I placed two bets on Game Varnamo - GAIS

After I placed my bets the association decided to change date and place. Originaly match should be played on 7th April at 14:00. But they changed date to monday 8th April 19:00. In addition they wouldn´t play at Värnamo, pitch was changed to Boras.
Because of this fact I asked in chat what will happen with my bet. Do you will settle my bet or do you will void the match?
I recieved these answer:

Mike told me in chat that they will void these two bets. After I read these information, I placed a new bet on Varnamo.

Surprise on Monday evening. All bets were settled wrong. Also the two bets from 1st April. After these result I was in chat again. They told me bets were graded correctly. "I´m sorry but the system has informed that the result of your bet is correct, sir. Sorry for the inconvenience"

In my opinion it´s a hard decision. Because I got wrong information on chat. Of course, I accept the evaluated bet that I placed later. But it´t not ok at bets from 1st April where chat told me that they will void these bets.

Any idea what I still could do?
As I said, everything has been absolutely great so far. This is my first little bad experience with BC.game

Yeah, the same goes for me I just hover and go directly whenever I pay a visit my the other pages that I am interested with after bc.game.

I agree, the fire signs in the title of the thread are absolutely no reason to stir up dust here. The emoji has also been seen in other threads in the past, but there was no danger of confusion with BC.Game there either.

Not for me anyway, I've put a handful of threads in my favorites and that's how I get in. To be honest, I find the gambling startpage here on the board quite confusing, especially because there are a lot of posts in many different threads and the threads that interest me quickly slip to page 2. I save myself the trouble of searching by using direct entry points in my favorites.

There's no need to be thoughtful about the fire emoji mate. Each casino has an announcement thread here like bc.game can freely add any emoji depending on what's available and allowed by the SMF for the title. I know that we're getting familiarized with the three fire emojis but it's not a big deal at all as bc.game has its own branding in terms of logo and it's their cute and notable avatar mascot and 'b' pacman design.

Yes, it is all about reputation and how innovative they are but I somehow got confused when I saw those fire emojis and accidentally clicked on the thread. Later on, I realized that casino marketing is being looked at by icopress, which is why the same emoji is being used. That flame emoji does give a unique resemblance to the thread which I admire. But, it does make both the threads look similar which is confusing for everyone or may be it was me only.

I guess doesn't have an impact too much because at the end of the day, it is all about their reputation and credibility, as you can see in our gambling board most of the ann thread uses an emoji because its colourful and easier to notice by the viewers, so that's why they become more creative with the color and emoji they are using, seems this thing too is just coincidence.

In other words: you got delayed on getting your fund because you can't provide legit ID, tried to play with it [while others has suggested ways to resolve your situation], lost them all, and now being a butt-hurt and tried to smear the casino's name as a petty revenge for your own mistake.

Most other casino threads also have emojis, it’s just a coincidence they also chose the fire emoji for theirs. It is common in online marketing to use emojis to draw attention. You can just look at the “promotions” tab in your email account and see that many companies like to use emojis in the subject area. The flame and police siren emojis are very overused, but that’s only because they’re effective.

Unlike these clowns at stake that delay the monthly bonus as they please at BC we will get our monthly bonus today.

I. Ve been following the gambling board fir quite some time and I dan tell you that an emojy isn't a trademark. Don't take it too seriously, all they did is using the same emojy on their Ann thread title. This doesn't mean in any way that they are trying to frame bc.game
They've used only two emoji and you started complaining, what would you say if they've used three emojis?

If anyone here has been following the gambling board. There is a competitor who has tried creating a similar ANN like ours and has copied the same fire emoji to get the thread noticed. you will eventually notice how it is different from ours.



Do you think a three-fire emoji will rule or a 2 fier emoji will control the gambling market? It is evident that BC. GAME is now ruling the market as these new casinos are only trying to replicate the marketing strategy that BC.game did when they launched themselves.

He just doesn’t read posts, if he did he would have realized this and also read advice given by other members on how he could have resolved this issue (back when he still had balance and haven’t gambled them away).

Dude just keep jumping from one complaint to another - from having his kyc verification denied to complaining about not receiving self-exclusion link sent quickly (which was proven wrong by two different users^{myself included}) and now he’s after bonus which has a 120x wagering requirement.


A lot of users that registered their account and got the bonus usually cancel it or just use it to test different games - because it’s actually not possible to achieve that kind of wagering requirement (even 20x is still difficult) and yet for some reason @mark1 thought he would be able to achieve.
