Hopefully, people won't have Trustpilot as the only rating site for a website and could look for other rating sites or even read ratings from many personal websites. That way, people can compare the ratings they get to find the right casino for them. almost all casinos must have lots of people complaining about anything, so it's not just bc.games, actually I never had any problems playing there even from depositing to playing to making withdrawals never had any problems, I'm worried about people who have problems with accounts maybe they are caught committing a violation and end up having problems with their account, but still, any complaint service must be improved because the faster the response, the better the reputation Wink
